We had a lovely short stay in this conveniently located apartment. A travel cot was provided for toddler, and a high chair was sourced from the cafe on the ground floor. Apartment was safe for toddler and comfortable. Highlights were the secure garage with electric car charge points and the location to the city centre, easy enough to walk with a pram to the shops and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at Jo’s studio apartment! The place was clean, and everything was just as shown in the pictures. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. Jo was an amazing host and very graciously allowed me to check in early, which made my trip so much easier. The neighborhood was also quiet yet. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay in Derby.

Perfect place to stay in. Really well connected to the city and peaceful surroundings. Responsive and friendly hosts. They left us some basics in the kitchen to eat or used, which was really nice. Would highly recommend 😊

This is a great place to stay. Everything was brand new and clean and when the weather was too hot they provided brand new fans for every flat. There was a small issue about the new ovens not working but they offered us free food at the restaurant downstairs and they did everything possible to make things right. I would definitely stay again. Thanks for the great visit.

Enjoyed our stay here very much. The space had everything we needed for our three week stay, it felt very comfortable and was easy to settle in. We had a few questions on the first day and Nicky and her team were helpful and responsive. The location is great and very walkable to local amenities.

Beautiful place to stay. Very peaceful and quiet, and despite The Hosts living in the house near by we didn’t see or hear anything of them while we were there.

Helen & Richard were amazing hosts! On arrival we were personally toured around the house - it was very informative and included detailed explanations of everything we needed to know for the stay. We were left with homemade bread and access to the most beautiful kitchen with an aga which was a lot of fun to use. Everything we needed was there and Helen even offered for us to make use of some of her herbs, spices etc. The pictures do not the house justice - wow! The rooms are so spacious and beautifully decorated. Every room has easy access to a bathroom which all have showers fully equipped with everything you need. A peaceful, secluded garden with beautiful plants and trees - even a large BBQ ready to light with charcoal. Highly recommend this stay, you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely perfect from booking to checking out. Richard is an incredible host with everything you need. If you have kids, this is the place. Our 6 and 4 year old loved swimming multiple times, reading the kids library of books and playing with the many toys at the house. You can’t get any better than these hosts and this house.

This air bnb was perfect, we were staying nearby to Wollaton hall for a family wedding. The house was very clean, parking was easy, it had everything we needed. Ibiye was very friendly, would 100% stay again. Also there was snacks and tea/ coffee/ cold water in the fridge which was much appreciated. Beds were comfy and the rain shower was lovely. Booked this accommodation for a group of our engineers who were working on a project nearby. Was a very suitable fit for our lads and had no issues at all, would recommend to anyone staying in/ near the area.

Apartment offers easy access to Nottingham sites. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, and great sitting area to relax after a day of exploring. Convenient grocery store right across the street. Check out the Bath Inn around the corner too.

Great place to stay if you’re in or around Nottingham, Airbnb is located in the centre and has many different amenities close by including a big shopping centre, pubs, clubs and more. Steve has amazing communication and makes sure you know exactly how to find the Airbnb along with offering a list of places to go whilst you’re in Nottingham. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Steve couldn't have been a better host. From Arrival to Departure steve provided us with all of the information we could need for the area, guided us to parking and our flat and showed us everything to ensure we had everything. Would 100% Reccommend choosing this apartment and would definetely book in future

The apartment itself is in a perfect central location, within walking distance of everything we needed. If I’m ever back in Nottingham, I’ll definitely stay at his place again.
