Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in St. James Parish

They were super helpful and gave us a nice place in the area that was gated and a great deal for what I paid

We stayed a week. Place is as described. We give the place 5 stars. Few things to know. The beach access is 5 minutes down the road & is small with only having a washroom on site. Can not purchase anything. Closest grocery store is a 40 minute walk or a short cab ride. The unit could use having a cheat sheet on how to use the TV & appliances. You will need to pickup or bring with you coffee & filters, laundry soap & any condinments / spices you enjoy. None of these items were deal breakers for us & we found the unit / complex clean & safe. If we do decide to return to Montego Bay we for sure would consider staying at this unit.

Loved my stay! The pool was gorgeous, the photos don’t do it justice, and the ocean view was breathtaking. Beautiful community overall, very quiet, safe and peaceful. Stephanie was also very kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

My stay at Doris' place was serene and private, providing a sense of safety and comfort. I was also fortunate to spend some time chatting with Doris, who is incredibly kind and easy to talk to. Additionally, her thoughtful attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at Doris' place and plan to return in the future.

I had such a wonderful stay at this BnB. The space was cozy, clean, and super comfortable—everything I needed for a relaxing trip. What made the experience even better was the amazing host. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, bringing up refreshments and even games for us to enjoy during our stay. Her hospitality was unmatched—always checking in to make sure we were okay and offering help whenever we needed it. You can really tell she cares about her guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jamaica! :)

My husband and I stayed 1 night at thus beautiful Airbnb and we regret that we could not stay a few more nights. Beautiful accommodations, great amenities, very clean, safe and secure property, gorgeous views. I could go on and on and still not fully described how wonderful this place was. We cannot wait to visit again.

A very , quiet and peaceful gated community. This place is equipped with everything you could need. Kamilah is an amazing host! I will definitely be back soon!

Neville‘s place was very nice, super location a huge plus was the pool and the beach to reach easy by foot. As we checked in very late water was already available at the appartment. The flat has everything you need & we felt very safe. We would def stay there again

This was our 2nd time staying at Judy-Ann's place, and I'm sure I will be staying there again! Super spacious, super clean and super secure. Very close to a large shopping plaza, so the location is very convenient. An absolute MoBay gem.

My husband and I visited to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and I can say we didn't want to leave. From the beginning, middle and end of our trip we were accommodated by our host. The host was able to assist us in arranging just about everything we needed while staying. The condo is beautiful and very much a home away from home. I will be back.

Dawn was an excellent and responsive host. The space was beautiful and the area very peaceful with a beautiful view. The kitchen was fully equipped and the pool on the property was perfect for just cooling down. The Hip Strip, Montego bay and restaurants are a quick 20 minutes drive away. We highly recommend Dawn's place and look forward to visiting again!

Had a great time staying at Nicole place. It was clean and peaceful. And it was just as described!

This trip was my mom, myself and my husband. We love the place. Beds were comfortable with lots of good pillows and cushion. Beds were slightly high but that doesn’t affect my rating. I love the thought the host put in preparation for our first night in terms of instant coffee, ginger tea, sugar and coffee Whitner. water and some beer in the fridge. That made a world of difference for us. Paper towels and toilet paper ready for us. The lights in the house was great and internet was good. Couldn’t find basic tv but possible that was an us issue . All rooms have large screen TV. For me the place is a 5/5 even though I would like an elevator. Even my tatto artist love it. I wanted to get tattoo here and found someone that does house visit but require good lighting. And he used the kitchen light to draw what I wanted and apply it. This was my first Airbnb and I am not a fan but based on my stay here. I would come again.

Beautiful and spacious property! I would definitely stay here again! I would recommend purchasing the all inclusive plan as everything from meals to club events are a separate charge if you aren’t on the all inclusive plan. We weren’t sure what we could or could not participate in. Overall, this stay was a 10/10! Furniture was super comfortable and the views were amazing! I hope to return soon!

This hidden gem is nestled in a prestigious gated community right on the waterfront, offering a secure and picturesque setting. The host is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Communication is excellent, with regular check-ins to make sure everything is perfect. As someone who frequently travels to Jamaica for business, I will definitely be booking this place again. Highly recommended—you won’t be disappointed!

Such a peaceful and beautiful spot with amazing views of Montego Bay. The scenery is even more impressive in person than in the photos. The view from the entry will get you everytime! It was super quiet and felt really private, which made it easy to unwind. Ms. Dee was great, easy to reach and super helpful during the stay. Her staff was also on top of things. Definitely a place I’d come back to and would recommend to anyone heading to the area.

Amazing spot, secluded and just what you need to have a relaxing vacation and feel safe. The hosts are very responsive and our chef Michele we had requested for dinner one day … was absolutely FANTASTIC- food and company ❤️ Will be staying here again 100%! Thank you!!

I enjoyed my time at Shari’s place. The home was beautiful, clean, and had amazing views! We used Mike’s Tours for all of our excursion needs and they took great care of us! I will definitely use both on my return to Jamaica.

Shanny’s home was beautiful, I used it for a girls weekend for my daughter & her friends and I definitely made the right choice. The home was absolutely beautiful & well taken care of. When I say we did not want to leave!!! It’s an understatement. Not only is Ralph and his team extremely communicative, he set us up with the best driving team on the island! Thank you Mr. Blake!!! The photos are no comparison to how beautiful the property is. The backyard alone is enough for me to book time and time again. Not only the house , but the kitchen and general house staff are amazing! The food was so good, going back home to mediocre food is so depressing lol Mr. Ralph was so accommodating with check out and allowed us to stay hours later until we were able to meet with the rest of our family at another property. This is a dream team and super extraordinary property! Our favorite part outside of the food and backyard is the balcony overlooking the pool and water. It’s so beautiful and peaceful. I cannot wait to come back and stay! Thank you again!!

Lovely place! Quiet, super clean and in a great location. Beautiful view. Security was awesome and helpful. The host was very helpful and always responsive. Air BnB was equipped with everything that was needed. Host offered alot of recommendations that were very helpful and made the trip more fun and easy going. Jamaica Life Tours and Excursions along with Hartley Tours were our go to for transportation la and excursions, all recommended by the host. Will book again!

From the moment we arrived at this stunning Montego Bay Airbnb, we knew we were in for something special. The decor was gorgeous, with a perfect mix of luxury and cozy charm. The pool was an absolute oasis, and waking up to that breathtaking ocean view every morning felt like a dream. The host was beyond amazing — so responsive, thoughtful, and full of fantastic local recommendations that made us feel safe and welcomed. But the true highlight was the incredible chef, Ms. Ingrid! Her breakfasts and dinners were beyond divine — every dish cooked with love, passion, and authentic Jamaican flavor. She didn’t just feed us; she made us feel at home. We’ll be dreaming of her meals until we return! Without a doubt, we’ll be recommending this gem to everyone we know and are already counting down the days until our next visit.
