Holiday rentals with beach access in St. Johns County

We loved staying at Cary’s. The home was close to all the things we wanted to do - easy walk to the beach and we enjoyed bike riding the neighborhood. The pictures of the home were a good representation of what we found when we arrived. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and everything was very clean. If our travels bring us back St Augustine we’d be happy to stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy beach cottage! The property was everything we hoped for and more—clean, comfortable, and filled with charm. There’s an ocean view and we loved sitting on the deck in the evening listening to the sound of the waves. Beach access was just a short walk—less than five minutes—from the property, which made it incredibly easy to enjoy our morning walks and sunset strolls. The hosts, Kevin & Kamli, were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our trip. Our flight got in late, after dark, so they left a few lights on to make it easier for us to see when we arrived. If you’re looking for a beautiful, convenient, and well-cared-for spot in St. Augustine, this is the one. We can’t wait to come back and hope to stay longer during our next visit!

Jason’s Airbnb in St. Augustine was amazing! The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything and perfect for exploring the historic charm of the city. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Jason was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire visit, making sure we felt welcome and had all the information we needed. Highly recommend staying here — I’d definitely book again!

English Recommended. The Airbnb is centrally located and you can walk to the most important places. You don't need a car. The Airbnb is super clean and quiet and has all the amenities as described. We loved the experience. Spanish Recomendado. El Airbnb está céntrico y puedes ir caminando a los lugares más importantes. No necesitas coche. El Airbnb es súper limpio y tranquilo, y cuenta con todas las comodidades descritas. Nos encantó la experiencia.

Heidi's place exceeded out expectations! It was so nice to have the sand toys and wagon but also toys and games inside for my granddaughter to play with. We bought groceries from the Publix (walking distance ! ) and fixed some meals at the house and there was not one implement that we needed that wasn't there. The porch was great to sit out on and such an easy walk to the beach. It was perfect and we loved it!!

Super cute place and easy three minute walk to the beach. The beach was super private. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The host was very generous with all of the amenities provided, such as the beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Perfect for a couple. St. augustine beach is beautiful and the downtown area is so fun. This is a perfect place to stay for a week!

Location is perfect! Very quiet street close to the beach and restaurants and only a short drive to the historic downtown area.

The Turtle's Nest is an adorable little place, very homey, clean, well stocked - even with extra supplies, and the beds were very comfortable. The view is beautiful and the beach just steps out the back door! Rebecca and Rob communicated immediately - they live next door so they are available to help, if anything is needed. They definitely understand how to offer an exceptional rental experience. This place is a gem, we will be back!

We had the best experience at Uncle Reggie’s Beach House! Beautiful home and perfect location close to everything. We really appreciated the bikes and all of the extra touches that made us feel right at home. Our pup loved the beautiful and spacious fenced-in backyard! We had a great stay here and will definitely be returning soon! The beach area was not crowded at all and the sand is nice and soft and great for kids. Plenty of restaurants close by and house has everything you need!

Carolina’s place was perfect for my husband and 2 fur babies. We came to town for a concert at St. Augustine Amphitheater and it was a perfect location with a short walk. We took full advantage of being so close to Anastasia Island and enjoying the swimming pool and large yard! I would definitely recommend this place.

My family and I were in town for a wedding at the fountain of youth and this spot was the perfect location. Walkable to the beach. Cute neighborhood. The host was easy to communicate with. Great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb had everything we needed—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. The location was unbeatable—we were able to walk to everything: shops, restaurants, historic sites, and the waterfront. It truly made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting St. Augustine!

This is our second stay here and we just love this place! The location is peaceful and right on the water. The new dock is very nice and the fish seem to bite good at this location. The house is very clean, well laid out and super cozy. The beds sleep comfortably and the linens are nice and soft. We love the open layout for the kitchen and living room, the spacious walk in showers and the decor is well put together. Everything you need as far as cooking goes and we love that it’s less than five minutes from the beach access. We will be back and I can’t wait to visit this location for our soon to be third time staying here. I’d make it a permanent residence for my husband and I, if I could. We love it and thank you for having us!

Had a wonderful 4 day stay at Dani's. Great location to the beach and restaurants, awesome fishing off the dock in the backyard and not to far from downtown saint Augustine. House was very clean and had everything that we neefed: Will absolutely be staying again when we're in town.

We come here every year for my son’s birthday and we always stay at “the condo”. Barbara takes such good care of us. She left a gift for my 4 year old this year and he absolutely adored it. So thoughtful of her. The sunrise on the patio is to die for and its short drive into St. Augustine. We love it here. 🥰

Ashley's place was a pleasure to stay. Everything you need was available. Beautiful beach and close to several great restaurants.

This place was super nice for my wife and I to stay for a week. While this unit was not beachfront, it was an easy walk through the complex to get to the beach access. You can also drive your car from the unit and park in the visitor spots which are next to where you access the beach for this complex. The unit was super clean and perfect for up to 4 people!

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

Cindy is rated super host. It's no wonder; she's easily accessible, responsive and delightful. The unit itself? 5 out of 5. Beautifully decorated and appointed. Great proximity to pools AND beach. My sisters and I enjoyed everything needed for a week-long stress free/care free vacation. We so enjoyed meals out on the balcony overlooking the lagoon pool. Would we go back? YYYEEESSS ... in a heartbeat. Thank you, Cindy!

My family of 4 absolutely loved this place!! We all felt right at home. It had everything we needed, including 1 minute or less walk to the nearest pool and a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The wagon and beach toys/chairs were so handy. We loved the patio and comfy beds. We slept so good there! Everything was so clean and well decorated. We will definitely come back!
