Relaxation Reef - Great Views, Pool, Beach Access

***There will be construction at Colony Reef until April 1, 2026. This means that there could be construction noise during the day (grinding & repairing the concrete balconies, walkways, etc). They are currently working on our building. We were told that this unit's balcony will be started around 2/1/2026 and once they start the balcony will be closed to guests until the construction is complete. There is a scheduled break in the construction from 12/22/2025 - 1/4/2026 for the holidays.***
