We enjoyed our stay at Marilyn’s! She was an excellent host and so quick to respond. The place was easy to get to, near many restaurants and close to just about anything. We visited ND to watch some baseball games and campus not even 8 minutes away. Area was quiet and the place could not have been more comfortable and clean! If traveling to ND again we’ll be checking for this listing first!!

We were in town for our reunion weekend and had a fantastic! The owner and property manager were incredibly responsive and made the entire stay and check-in process smooth and stress-free. The location couldn't have been better—just minutes from the Notre Dame campus and walkable to the Backer, which was perfect for our visit. Inside, the home was absolutely beautiful. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, and the décor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Even better, the place was spotless—one of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in. It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities here. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay when visiting Notre Dame!

Fantastic hospitality, property, and location. Stayed for weekend to watch the Notre Dame football game. Very close to the campus and many great spots around South Bend. Extremely pleased with our trip and our stay here. Would 100% come back to stay at this property.

Doug was very responsive and made sure we got checked in without any issues. The place was clean and well stocked, and the location was very peaceful, even being in a city. Would highly recommend.

I loved my two nights here in South Bend. Babina’s place is ideal if you’re going to a show at the nearby theatre and she was very helpful and communicated well. Her house was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I’ll request to stay here if I return to South Bend.

This is a beautifully furnished and homey apartment. Old fashioned and very much to my taste. The place was spotlessly clean and even smelled clean, which is high praise coming from me. If I ever find myself in this area again, I'd definitely try to go with Quality property. Lydia herself was so very kind to me. Way above and beyond anything you may hope for in a property host. I will never forget anything about my trip, especially my interactions with her. Definitely consider this property if you're travelling to Mishawaka.

We had a terrific visit here. The space is little bigger than we expected, with a large, eat-in kitchen and a generous main room. The kitchen included all we needed to cook at home. The bathroom and bedrooms were clean and comfy. The owners were both wonderful hosts: very welcoming, clear with directions, and responsive. The small bowl of snacks and hot chocolate on the kitchen table was a nice touch. We are already hoping to book again in the future.

Great place in south bend! Right on the river so very peaceful area with parks in walking distance. I stayed there for a wedding at Notre Dame and it worked perfectly- super close to all the events and very easy to get in and out of.

We actually didn’t get to stay due to a family emergency, but the host was very understanding and supportive. I would recommend staying there even without seeing the place lol The instructions to get into the space were great and I can tell there would have been zero issues.

Convenient to ND campus. Very clean setup. Host provided great instructions entrance and use of shower. Enjoyed the brief stay would definitely consider again! Host was very responsive and readily available. Thanks Kristina!

Stayed for 5 nights while attending a conference at ND – excellent location and easily walkable to the university. Quiet neighborhood, and a short walk for groceries, etc. The kitchen space is a highlight – well stocked with pots, pans, etc. for cooking at home and a nice stove/oven. Comfortable dining table area doubled as an office – plenty of space for two laptop setups and excellent wifi service. Living room area was perfect for reading as well – and lots of light in the front room. Great shower, water pressure, etc. – and the fan in the bedroom kept it cool for sleeping, even on a couple warmer nights. The outdoor space is a real perk – fire pit was very simple to use and a pleasant atmosphere with the outdoor lighting. A short ride from the Amtrak station, and convenient to both the university area and other points of interest in the city. Great communication from host, simple keypad access, and no difficulties at all during my time. Would absolutely stay here again!!

The spot is very nice. Remember to pull the small chain on the wooden fence on the left side of the home. Google Maps sent me to an alley, not the street in front of the house. I arrived late and couldn't figure out where to enter. Someone came out of the house and explained to me how to locate the door. This is a nicely finished basement with a small living room, a larger kitchen, a dining area, and a large bedroom. I used the television in both the living room and the bedroom. Easy to access. Brought my dog. He did well. Vida met me on the second day I stayed. Extremely nice.

We had a great time and really enjoyed staying at condo #165. It is a beautiful place, well stocked, and very clean!!

Great location if you wanna be on the water and also close to town. I found it super accessible to walk or drive to the local restaurants and shops. The apartment is not the newest but it's very well kept and was very clean. I was very comfortable and would rent again.

We have stayed at locations hosted by Jennifer before and each visit has gone great. She has been super attentive both before and after the stay. Can't imagine what she could have done to make it any better.

We've stayed here a few times and keep coming back. Great location and amenities along with a stocked fire pit and a hot tub. What more could you ask for? Hannah is the best!

Very cute little inn. Nice to park on the premises and nice yard to sit as well as pvt hot tub. The suite was very nice and walkable down town, beach.. great having the amtrak in town and took a day trip to chicago. Definitely be back!!! Lisa has done a great job with the Inn…
