This spacious, clean condo is just minutes from Notre Dame with endless local dining and shopping options. We are also located within 2 miles of St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, and less than 5 miles from Memorial Hospital. Perfect for healthcare workers. Home has an open floor plan with three bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials. Waterfront 2 BR Apt, 3 mi. to ND

After the game, come home and mix your drinks in the lounge bar and sip them on the private deck overlooking the Saint Joseph river. Grill some barbecued steaks and tofu and have dinner on the patio. Finish the evening in the hot tub overlooking the bonfire, then watch a movie on the big screen TV before relaxing in one of the comfortable queen beds.
