Holiday rentals with a patio in St. Louis County

We stayed at Lakeview Tea for our 10th Anniversary in June and it was absolutely perfect. Not only is the apartment charming and well-appointed, but the private deck overlooking Lake Superior was like a dream. We had an incredible time and highly recommend this host. Jennifer went above and beyond to make this special for us, and she has a unique touch of adding the little things that make the place feel luxurious. And waking up to the view of the lake from a fabulously comfy bed was just the relaxing getaway we needed! The weather was cold, which was WONDERFUL for these south Florida guests. ☺️

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Billie's apartment. We were in Duluth for Grandma's Marathon and Billie went the extra distance to make sure that we had everything we need to feel comfortable. First, the apartment: It was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. The beds were so comfortable and we slept great. The location is excellent and we enjoyed running around Lincoln Park and drinking beers at Ursa Minor just down the street. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts and dinners at the apartment. Billie as a host was wonderful and attentive. Prior to our arrival, she asked if we were in town for the Marathon. She left us a huge bowl of snacks that included peanut butter cups, Rx Bars, Beef Jerky, and fruit bars. She also left us a blank poster and markers so I could make a sign for my partner who was running the marathon. He greatly appreciated it. Billie also provided us with information about places to eat and where we could spectate the race.

Great spot if you’re looking to ski at spirit! Easy to access and convenient turn around driveway. Very flexible check-in and check-out.

Debbie's place was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It's a great location - walkable to restaurants and shops, and close to the Bear and Wolf centers and close to hiking trails. We would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in an incredible space! Hillary’s place was perfect! Beautifully designed with amazing touches. The bathroom alone is heaven! And Hillary and Scott were truly perfect hosts… incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with, welcoming us with personal and thoughtful goodies, and giving great area recommendations. A perfect airbnb stay, and we will definitely return should we be in Duluth again!

The accommodations exceeded my expectations. It was even better in person. The amenities (toiletries, towels, sheets, bathrobes) were worthy of a 5 star hotel. The view of Lake Superior was beautiful! It was fun to be able to look south and see Canal Park and downtown Duluth. Just a block away from biking/walking Lakewalk trail that goes all the way to Canal Park! Grocery store a block away. The only thing that detracted from it at all was being on the main road from Duluth to the North Shore. I didn't pay attention to that when I booked. There is a fair amount of road noise all day long and even sometimes at night. If you're a light sleeper it might be a problem. However it's worth it to bring ear plugs and crank up the fan that's available in the bedroom to drown out the noise!

The apartment is on the second floor of an older building in downtown Chisholm. It has been renovated, but still has lots of old time charm. The little porch in back was a nice extra spot to sit in. We found the bed to be super comfy, with plenty of pillows too. It was so nice to have a free washer and dryer available to use, complete with soap and dryer sheets. We loved that we could walk to so many different bars and restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store, greenhouses, and a pharmacy that also has a great gift shop. We enjoyed walking around Longyear Lake several times too, watching the loons and geese. Jim was very prompt and personable, calling me when we asked to stay an additional day.

Highly recommended. Carl is a super friendly and responsive host. The property is very well done. It has everything you need and nothing you don’t! I liked being able to walk to the downtown area. We didn’t rent a car and didn’t need one. Lake Superior is super moody and the weather can change in minute, so it is nice to be so close to the beach. You can watch the lake through the beautiful picture window in the living room and pick your time to go down and enjoy the beach. I really hope that we are able to come back to this place. Nicol’s place was very private and quiet. Located in a private bay on Shagawa Lake with no noise from other boats or vacationers. The house was clean and spacious, just as described. We had plenty of space for 7 and could have easily fit more. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept great. The kitchen was well appointed & had everything we needed for cooking all our meals in. We rented a pontoon from Lakewood Lodge to complete our week on the lake. We highly recommend Nicol’s place & would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed and easy to find. Check-in was smooth, and we felt welcomed and right at home from the moment we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful time at this cabin. We spent most of it on the lake fishing, kayaking and on the pedal boat. The kitchen also had everything we needed to cook big meals for the family. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough about Mark & Jamie’s place, it is absolutely my family’s favorite Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we immediately felt at home at this extremely clean & comfortable home. Plenty of room for our family of five with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, fire pit and huge game room. Mark & Jamie definitely did an excellent job designing this home for their guests, I especially appreciated the numerous soft blankets throughout the house for the chilly Minnesota nights. They were quick to respond and also accompanied a special request, very attentive hosts. The location is located at the end of a quiet street but very close to the highway making our day trips to Duluth a breeze. If we ever come back to the Duluth area, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Mark & Jamie!

This is the best place I've stayed at that's right along the lake! The hosts were very responsive to any questions I had and very helpful! Our moms weekend trip was not only relaxing and had the most beautiful views, but we felt welcomed and like it was home away from home. We will definitely be booking this location again! 😊

We stayed here to run Grandma's Marathon and out was the perfect space to relax before and after. It was super easy to get into Duluth for the 5k and we were so close to the shuttle to get to the start line. We didn't have our kids with us this trip, but we have 3 and this place made us wish we had brought them along! It seems very kid friendly and had everything you might need to stay with little ones. There were lots of good restaurants and a great brewery just minutes away by car. The space itself was very comfortable and felt just like home.

All four couples agreed this was a great place! Annie was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful -- her super host designation is clearly deserved. Super easy entry, plenty of parking, spacious home w/two nice screened porches in beautiful, quiet surroundings. Probably the best equipped/stocked kitchen I've seen, including great welcome snacks. Comfy beds, nice showers, and the best most fluffy towels ever! Walls are a bit thin, but useful sleep machines are provided in each room. Bring an old record to listen to and maybe contribute to the house collection! Perfect for Giants Ridge golf - 5 minutes from the Quarry, 10 mins from the Legend, and 40 mins to the Wilderness in Tower. Thank you Annie for a wonderful stay!

We had a great time at Ashley’s place. It was clean, and the house had a great deal of charm. Ashley was responsive and friendly and even had a bottle of wine waiting for us in the kitchen. Wonderful stay overall and we would do it again!! Thanks!

This is a perfect location and a very nice place. Very good brewery on the first floor. Everything is walkable in canal park. Very kid friendly but I could see how it could be a romantic getaway as well. I would stay here again.

Great place! We enjoyed our stay. Loved being close to all amenities of Giants Ridge. Very spacious room and nice to have multiple bathrooms! Eldon communicated all details ahead of our stay and shared all information we needed and more!

Book it!! The condo is clean, spacious and had everything we needed for an extended weekend stay with kids, plus the view is beautiful. Alyssa has created a guide that provides pertinent information about the condo and surrounding area, and was quick to respond to the few questions we did have. What a gem!
