Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in St. Tammany Parish

This is the third time I have stayed at Hidden Acres, and Marcie is a great host. The accommodations are just what I need, and the location is perfect for me who enjoys both the North Shore and likes a visit to New Orleans.

Marcie's place is my choice of place to stay when I visit the Northshore. It is quiet, comfortable and has easy access to everything I need and want, including visits to NOLA. I have stay here numerous times.

Great area. Recommend Giddy Up Coffee a stone throw away. And yes I recommend Hidden Akers 💯

Enjoyed our stay! We were originally set to check in Monday however due to last min changes, we asked the host if we could check in Sunday instead. The host responded right away & was flexible with us doing so. They also replied back quickly when we reached out twice asking them questions during our stay. Place was overall comfy. Would stay here again!

The place and location was perfect for our stay. Marcie was responsive throughout our stay except for our first night checking in. The instructions to get in were outdated and we were unable to stay our first night. This was addressed the next day and we were able to extend our stay by a day which worked well for us.

Marcie's place provided exactly what my brother needed as he was temporarily displaced from his home. A quiet and clean retreat, while everything was put back in order. I would recommend Marcie's place to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay for a weekend graduation gathering so very much! This was the most peace and tranquility my entire family of 9 has felt in a very long time... all collectively in the same space at the same time! (That’s a big deal!) There is literally something for everyone at this home and on the ZA Ranch property. This place is absolute magic ... especially in the mornings! We stayed for 6 nights/5 days for Mardi Gras! We are more than impressed with our stay! From the location, cleanliness, responsive host, the list goes on! The home was even better than described and we could have easily stayed here another week! Absolutely beautiful home and outside deck! Being right on the bayou and the ability to enjoy the wildlife and nature was unmatched! Not a far drive from New Orleans and felt very safe and at home! We will stay here every time we head to NOLA!!! If we could give 10 stars we would!

Meets the 3 c's: Chill, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay. Bed was comfy, wifi was strong. Shuntez was very kind and hospitable. Would recommend and stay here again. Roughly 35 min drive from Bourbon Street.

This location was ideal for our family. We have young children and Robin and Lucy had a crib, a little newborn bath tub and toys for all the kids to play with. The property was peaceful and we felt right at home. This home was clean and inviting. The decor added to the wonderful experience as it truly was a home away from home for the holidays. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a relaxing getaway.
