This charming and cosy apartment (50 sqm) can be found on the first floor of a beautiful historic building. Upon entering the apartment, you will come across a fully equipped kitchenette where you have everything you need to prepare meals, which you can enjoy seated at the breakfast bar table. After a tiring day of sightseeing, you can relax in the comfy armchairs whilst enjoying a glass of wine and watching the satellite TV. The bedroom at the end of the hall is a welcome retreat with it's warm and stylish decor and two spacious built in cupboards with beautiful 17th century carved wooden doors. Last but not least, the bathroom has a large shower, which is perfect to revive you after a long day walking around Rome taking in the fabulous sights. This apartment is in a central location and you can enjoy all the sights Rome has to offer, either on foot or by using the metro, which is 5 minutes walk away. All space I like meeting my guests and showing them the apartment and its facilities. They can always contact me during their stay on my mobile. I will give them the keys during check in. The area is also very well served by public transports, bus and subway (Ottaviano- Saint Peter stop) and there are many shops, coffee bars and trendy restaurants. The apartment is 10 minutes walks from the bus stop to Fiumicino airport

The large terrace offers pleasant moments of relaxation, a good wine, a good coffee at any time of the day, thanks to the pergola that protects from the sun and the light that allows you to enjoy the terrace even in the evening. The apartment has just been renovated with parquet in the bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and brand new furniture. The bedrooms can be both double or one double and the other with two single beds, as needed. A crib for small children is also provided upon request. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. We will be at your disposal for your every need or even just if you need advice on where to go to eat or what to do in the evening Via delle Fornaci is right in front of the Colonnade of St. Peter's, a 5-minute walk away. The area offers various services, including numerous bars and restaurants. Right in front of the apartment door is the stop for bus number 64, which goes directly from St. Peter's Square to Termini station, passing through the Roman Forum and Piazza Venezia. At about 300 meters, about 10 minutes, you reach the San Pietro train station.
