Our home is in Ratingen-Lintorf on the outskirts of Düsseldorf. Airport (11 km), Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre (13 km). The apartment is located in a two-family house with parking directly in front of the house. A 5-minute walk away, a forest area with pond invites you to take a walk and jog. Various supermarkets and a small city center are less than a km away. A bus stop with connections to Düsseldorf and S-Bahn stations is a few minutes' walk away. You'll appreciate my place because of the cleanliness, coziness, and good amenities, as well as the peace and quiet in the house. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The apartment is about 75 square meters, was renovated in 2016, is bright and friendly. The open kitchen is new, equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a conservatory and a roof terrace. The apartment has good transport links to Düsseldorf, the exhibition grounds, Düsseldorf airport (A 44, A 52, A 57, A 61). Two restaurants are within walking distance. A supermarket is 2 km away. Very good bike paths from the front door on the Niers.

Walking distance to the trade fair, LantscherPark, Merkur Spielarena and the Rhine. Conveniently located close to the airport, this can lead to higher flight noise pollution until 11 pm.

Its history dates back to 1844. In 2010, the forest house on the Wupper was lovingly renovated according to modern and at the same time ecological standards. The attic apartment (52 m²) with a living room, a bedroom with double bed (1.80m), a kitchen with plenty of space and a bathroom with shower and toilet is accessible via a separate entrance. From the bedroom and living room you can be seen ships passing by on the river Rhine.
