Holiday rentals with a pool in Stanford

So enjoyed our weekend away! It was peaceful and we had beautiful weather as well - which was surprising for June. Walking distance to and from the beach. Enjoyed the fire pit area and chats around the fire and the pool. Good kitchen facilities and sleeping accommodation. Everything was clean. The neighborhood also felt safe. Claudette is also a very good host - very helpful and responsive with queries pre-check-in and throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful house with the most incredible views.

Perfect getaway! The place was absolutely stunning, you could see the thoughtfulness that went into the place, the decor and even the small details such as swimming towels, blankets on the sofa, logs by the fire place, diffusers and scents around the house, etc. Our stay was short but blissful. Definitely would stay longer a next time to enjoy the wood fire hot tub some more and the BBQ area in the back. The place is close to many wonderful restaurants and activities yet when you get home it's completely private and peaceful. Mark was an extremely responsive host and very easy to communicate with. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

I am writing this review while we are still at the property. We have stayed in many AirBnB's, but never have we encountered a place as fascinating as Kloof House. Nestled into the trees, at the bottom of the mountains, is this haven of peace. Due to the way it is built we feel one with nature. The interior is thoughtfully dominated by wood and endless floor to ceiling glass, it is warm and intriguing. We constantly stop to gaze at the forest. It almost feels a bit like being part of Jurassic Park, just without the dinosaurs. Inside it is pure luxury, no expenses have been spared, top notch appliances and so generously stocked, incredibly beautiful and stylish furniture, insanely comfortable beds. The nature pool, large hot tub and braai area are a real treat. All of this coupled with the friendliness and immediate responsiveness of the hosts makes this getaway one we will never forget. A great stay in Kwaaiwater with Annie large open space for family and entertainment with all the facilities. Easy access to the front and cliff path (one road back from front).

In the middle of Hermanus with a stunning, unobstructed view of the bay. Apartment is every bit as amazing as depicted in the pictures and description. Very comfortable stay, all the amenities are pristine and in working order. Was wonderfully assisted by Elaine the entire time, and was so easy to communicate with. Walking distance to all the best spots and restaurants in town. Would 100% recommend and cannot wait to return.

What a HAVEN - an awesome and safe guest cottage! Luxurious bedding & towels with living spaces carefully styled with modern furnishings & art to highlight its best features. A huge window ensures you will have your morning coffee in bed overlooking a stunning Atlantic ocean or a late afternoon slumber with breathtaking sunset over the Vermont saltpan - double-up on mountain-view bonus & have sundowners on the balcony or deck. A splash pool, outdoor braai facilities as well as indoor dining space ensures you are covered even in windy conditions. There are many spots to snuggle up with a book & appreciate the take-one leave-one library. Fantastic amenities. A nicely stocked supermarket is a 2 minute walk away (the croissants are to die for) & you have easy access to the main road leading directly into Hermanus. Onrus beach is a leisurely 15 minute walk away – combined with the footpath from Vermont to Atlantic Drive and around the oceanfront you have yourself a wonderful 5 km route.

What a beautiful stay in Hermanus. There is a walk-way within the complex where you can walk to the ocean. Incredible views. Quiet and peaceful. Great accommodation!

Amazing apartment overlooking the Gordon’s Bay beaches. Incredible views and close to so many amenities and fun things to do . We had a wonderful family holiday in our own back yard ! Local tourism all the way . Johlene is a great host and made our stay pleasurable . I recommend this apartment if you want a break from the city and a beach holiday to remember .

Very nice place to stay. And the place is exactly as in the listing. Belinda was a very responsive host and check in and out was done effortlessly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice place to stay. lovely cool room

We really enjoyed our stay here. Hermanus pleasantly surprised us; it’s definitely worth spending a few days in this town. There are lots of nice restaurants, beaches , and the cliff path is beautiful. The location of the guesthouse is ideal. The accommodation itself was clean, had a comfortable bed, and Suzanne and her staff were very friendly. The inside of the cottage was a bit chilly—probably perfect in summer, but it was quite cold now. The stay is more comfortable on warmer days for ‘the outside living’ , as the couch and chairs in the living room weren’t very comfortable. We definitely recommend it during your visit to Hermanus!
