The super clean apartment, the condominium has a very good leisure area, by the sea. Well-equiped apartment.

The apartment has a privileged location: it is between the handicraft pavilion and the giant chair. Very close to it, there is a wide range of shops, such as a pharmacy, supermarket, bakery and restaurants. The doormen and the cleaning lady are very friendly and the pool is very good. The air conditioning in the room was clean and freezing, the bed is excellent and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a gallon of mineral water available to guests, and I consider this a great differential. The water comes out cold and there is no risk of contamination. Ruth is an exemplary host, super accessible and helpful. You can leave without fear! I was there during a rainy period and couldn't enjoy the beaches, but I intend to return and stay there again.

I loved Maria's apt! Wonderful location! Everything was clean and it was as the photos showed. Functional apartment. Maria, from the first contact, is always ready to respond and answer questions. I highly recommend it!

My family and I loved our stay, the beautiful, organized, clean AP, the sheets, towels and pillows with a wonderful clean smell. Close to everything, and experience was good mto.

What a fantastic house, my wife and I felt at home! An extremely pleasant and very well divided environment, the house is extremely cozy and equipped for 2 people. Marucia is an excellent host, including being very flexible with check-in, and provided an incredible stay for us. Another positive point is the excellent tips she leaves about what to do in Milagres, we set up our itinerary based on her suggestions! A show! We are already organizing ourselves to return and, of course, it will always be our first option! ❤️

Excellent home!  It is well equipped and the rooms are extremely clean and organized. The view of the landscape is divine, I would even say that the pictures don't do it justice. The space is very comfortable and has 4 suites + one bathroom. The location is perfect, getting close to the grocery stores you can call to make deliveries, and the tourist spot “way of Moses”. Mr. Nido, the homemaker, welcomed us very well and was always willing to answer our questions.   Improvement suggestions: 1. The staircase leading to the beach does not provide security, especially for people who are 60+ or PCD, an evaluation is required to improve it.  2. The sides of the house need more powerful reflectors, since the part where the shower is located is a bit dark and so does the part near the wall. That said, Pedro is a great host and the stay was wonderful. I would recommend it to others and hope to come back more often. 

We had three wonderful days on Ilha do Ferro and the Ninho house was one of the highlights of our visit and this very welcoming place. Ricardo's space is super well equipped and perfect for couples. Our host responded very quickly to our questions and requests, gave sensational tips about the region and was very flexible. One day we'll go back.

Amazing, peaceful, on the beach, great views. Even during low season, June timeline, it was a memorable trip and we would return to the same house again. Mr. Severino, the keeper, was fantastic! Always responsive and ready to help.

Jonatas was a super attentive host even before our arrival. Sent tips and stayed in constant contact. The house is simple, but super cozy and has everything you need. The location is great, a breathtaking view of São Francisco, close to the historic center and at the same time away from the tourist region - which allowed us to have greater contact with the local population. I recommend it!!

We were extremely happy with our accommodation. Lidianne is extremely careful and meticulous in everything. In addition to providing the most pleasant environment possible, she also made a point of leaving an afternoon coffee table with coffee, juice and cake (all very tasty and beautiful). It offers quality breakfast, charged separately, at a very affordable price for anyone. It has a market in the space that has several items (water, coffee, cookies and others), the prices are excellent. Lidianne's accommodation was our best choice. I wish to return soon.

Impeccable house! Everything in measure, super well equipped, just arrive and use, it has everything we need. It is a very cozy, airy, spacious and comfortable house. The yard is super private and nice, integrated with the living room and kitchen. The hosts are very kind and proactive, leaving the house very well taken care of to welcome guests. We left already wanting to go back. Besides, the beach is very close and wonderful too.

The environment is very top, identical to the photos. Daniel was super attentive, supporting me all the time in everything I needed, making me feel totally at home. The place was totally safe and quiet.

I rented it to my parents who came on vacation to visit. They are elderly and very demanding, and they were extremely amazed by the view and the cozy space. They even called it "our house" several times by mistake. Absurdly quiet, peaceful, super nice doorman, clean space. Joana's son, who welcomed us, was very nice, calm and friendly. Joana is super flexible with schedules, I admired her a lot. We had an excellent time here, I recommend it, we made good memories.

The building is well located, close to the main points of Ponta Verde and Pajuçara, a comfortable apartment and great for those who want to enjoy the beaches. The building staff is very helpful.

Wonderful place. Exactly clean, Mirella left coffee, sugar, cookies and other things that were very useful to us. Only the mattresses were not so good. I recommend it.
