Microwave, stove without oven, minibar and coffee maker. We provide sheets, pillows, towels and toilet paper. No electric shower at the moment and dogs or cats are not allowed

A 🏘 resident of the neighborhood for 30+ years, I renovated the house in 2022 and I'm always improving something. It has a beautiful graffiti by Auá Mendes 💙 😍 The entrance is independent, so you can get there easily! Here you are close to everything and the best places in the city :) Note: we do not have the convenience of an electric shower.
