Quiet and cozy, Casinha da Vila is one of the oldest buildings here at Fazenda Ipê. Neighboring the native Atlantic Forest and with a stream that flows into a pond at the bottom of the yard, the house is surrounded by mango, avocado, blackberry, orange, tangerine, cashew and acerola trees, providing comfort, contact with nature and rest from urban life for our guests. Fully furnished with antique furniture, the house is 1 km from the farm's headquarters, 12 km from Itambacuri and 30 km from Teófilo Otoni.
