The space is beautiful and cozy, in addition to having a very beautiful view of the river and the mangrove. Fernando was very helpful and attentive, including at breakfast, which is super complete.

The Hostess is very attentive and friendly. The accommodation fully meets expectations, the bed is very comfortable, the cleanliness of the environment is great, it is on a quiet street.

Very nice, comfortable apartment, new and functional furniture and equipment. Great bed and air conditioner. We miss supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Everything far away, depends on car or Uber. Poor Insonorization, a lot of street noise, cars, traffic and the neighbors themselves. The apartment itself is wonderful.

What to say about Mauritius and his home , what an amazing person,what charisma ,patience and kindness! Amamos staying in his apartment, the view is incredible, every detail of that apartment makes you feel right at home! The apartment is very well located, with great restaurants and sights nearby. It is well decorated, cozy and equipped with everything a couple needs for a comfortable stay. It is important to note that the building does not have an elevator — it was not a problem for me, but it is worth attention to those who have some mobility limitation. Because it is in a central region, traffic noise may appear in a few moments, but nothing that has hindered my experience. Overall, I loved the stay!

Nice location, quiet, easy to get to. There's a restaurant and a market nearby. The space is very good (accommodates two people well).

I had to spend a week in the city to resolve medical issues and rest, this airbnb was the best decision I made. Although it seems like a wilderness at first (what I was already looking for), the location is super safe, ideal for those who seek tranquility without having to be away from the movement of the city — a real oasis (definitely the best view in Vitória/Vila Velha). In addition to the beauty of the surrounding nature (you can go hiking and enjoy the beach on foot), the loft alone is extremely welcoming, ideal for traveling alone or as a couple. This overlooking deck is a master balcony. For those who need/wish to prepare their own food, the home is very well-equipped, but guests also offer drinks and snacks. The city arrives food and running app without any difference from the rest of the city. The impeccable stay, in my opinion. Value 10/10. I'll be back for sure.

They were wonderful days! Located close to several bars and the excellent Açaiteria The Best with many soverte options(download the app and earn points) ! The site is easy access to the various shopping and tourist points of Vila Velha . To go to Vitória we can choose the aquaviario that is very close to the famous plaza da prainha). Márcia is a lot of request, excellent host! My husband and I are extremely grateful for the excellent service that Márcia offered us! We'll be back for sure! Perfect place, with good location and good convenience (including more items than advertised) super attentive host, super quiet place even in carnival time. You can go without fear
