The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

Great location with a pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurants close to the center of Guarapari. The studio is a clean, impeccable, cozy environment with Internet TV. I simply loved my stay, I want to come back more often 🥰❤️

The place is exactly like in the pictures. The condominium is great, easy to locate, safe, with lots of green, piscona, sauna, playground, etc. Lucas was extremely attentive and very quick in returns, in addition to having relaxed the check-in and checkout times that helped us a lot. They were very nice days.

We spent a few days of our family vacation and it was really worth staying at this accommodation. The space is great, everything as advertised, the location is perfect, close to Bacutia beach (no need to take the car out of the garage) the AP has chairs and a sun guard too. Victor is very proactive and upon arrival he presented the children with chocolate. Don't hesitate, you can book it! It's worth it! We'll definitely be back to this place next time.

We really enjoyed our stay. Cozy house and very nice and well-structured condominium. Pedro was attentive and helpful. Very good!

The cottage is charming, it has everything you need, kitchen utensils, sheets, towels, among others. It is in a great location, close to supermarkets, shops in general. With great beaches nearby, such as Bacutia, Peracanga, which are very quiet and family-friendly. (There are many others also easily accessible by car or even on foot). The condominium is very beautiful and has several options for leisure. All very organized and clean. Bruno was always attentive and proactive, he answered us quickly… he gave us all the necessary coordinates to the location. We loved it, too bad we stayed 7 days and only enjoyed two days of sunshine. It rained a lot and the weather didn't help us much at the time we went. However, we highly recommend it. We'll be back for sure!

Very nice apartment, the location facing the black sand beach and on the main avenue of the city. Both Jussara and Leonardo served me quickly and all the times I needed, the apartment was exactly the same as in the pictures and cleaned. We'll come back more often, thank you.

Our second time in Paulo's little house was wonderful! We were there in 2022 and the experience was amazing again. The house is simple, cozy and surrounded by very green, a perfect refuge for those seeking comfort and contact with nature. It's like going back in time, but with all the comfort of today. On top of everything, the food served is homemade and delicious. We'll be back more often!

The house was extremely clean, great cooking utensils and very pleasant environment. Geny was a great host, we had a cake waiting for us when we arrived , very proactive and always responded quickly when we had any questions.

Our stay was wonderful! We went in a group of friends and the house exceeded all expectations. It is very large, spacious, very comfortable and perfect to enjoy moments together with privacy and tranquility. The view conveys an incredible peace. The bed is super comfortable, providing perfect rest nights. The reception was excellent: Isadora was extremely kind, attentive and available throughout the stay. Another differential we love was the flexibility at check-in and check-out, which gave us more freedom and comfort during the trip. Without a doubt, an incredible and unforgettable experience.
