Excellent apartment with a very good location, in the staff, many restaurants, markets, pharmacies within walking distance. Although the building is old, it is still very modern, a gym with good treadmills and suitable for a quick workout. It has a swimming pool and saunas, but we don't go there. Leonardo has well-written rules. I think it would be interesting to change the key to an electronic lock, the current one is very difficult to open.

I would like to give a tip to describe what is in the apt, such as kitchen and bathroom items. I didn't know it had a sandwich maker and hair dryer. I took my dryer and it wasn't necessary. I missed having an available floor cloth, sink cloth and trash bags and asked to leave the dishes washed, but I had no detergent and I had to go out to buy. The coffee maker did not work, we called and the water leaked all underneath with coffee and we found no cloth to clean. I ended up picking up a dishcloth. The apartment is very comfortable, good bed, good shower, spacious bathroom. We found it easy to check in and check out and the location is good. Recommend! I've only described points that are easy to improve. thank you

Second time we've stayed at this accommodation, the place has a great location and the apartment is super complete, it has a little bit of everything, lots to do around and the building is very safe.

Excellent apartment, it has all the necessary amenities. Equipped kitchen, has basic supplies and great coffee available. Very good building, safe, great parking and leisure area. Elaine was very helpful and met our demand to check out later, it was excellent. Adorei tudo, super recommend!

Eliana was a great host, always responding promptly! The apartment is beautiful, it was very clean and tidy. It is in a privileged location close to restaurants, bars and shops in general. We will certainly return to this place when we go to BH again!

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a super organized and welcoming environment. The balcony is a charm apart, perfect for relaxing. We were 6 guests and the house accommodated us with great comfort. It is a little isolated and close to the forest, so we had privacy, silence and a very beautiful view. It was very well organized and clean, the amenities met our needs. Juliana and Bernardo were communicative and answered our questions quickly.

Sensational. It met our expectations. Casa Linda, hot, comfortable. The rooms are close by, but are very isolated from the mess of the common area. A fully integrated house in every way. Marcelo is very helpful, responded to messages quickly.

House is exactly like in the pictures, comfortable, well cared for. All the facilities you want while staying were there. Great rooms, all with private bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, a delicious garden. Leonardo always answered and helped solve questions. Great accommodation!
