There were some setbacks that discouraged us, but they were resolved. The host was super agile in communicating and kind with our requests.

We had a great experience with our stay. My wife was delighted by the kitchen utensils that are of great quality, providing us with a great experience at breakfast and occasional meals. Other comfortable and clean accommodations. Condominium with great leisure area with constant cleaning. Barbecue area with everything you need for a great afternoon. We recommend it for the great cost-benefit !!!

Second time staying at Marcos' house! I'll be back whenever I can. There is only one caveat: both last time and this time, the building's doormen are very confused and we have to do the initial identification every time, even if you leave and enter several times on the same day and it is the same doorman and you have your information that had already been passed by the host. But with a little patience, everything works out. Other than that, everything was perfect!! I recommend it!

From the moment I made the reservation, Mr. Maxwell and D. Carmem were very kind and helpful. Dona Carmen is a sweetheart, she called me the same day to thank me for choosing her and we talked a lot as if we were long-time friends, I felt very welcomed. The apartment is wonderful, super organized, fragrant, clean and has everything we need. The bed is super comfortable, the air conditioning is cold, the shower is good, everything works perfectly. I have been to Belém several times, but I have never found such a nice place and such attentive hosts as Mr. Maxwell and Dona Carmem, they are different. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I'll definitely be back again! Thank you for everything!

Great space, corresponds with the advertised, great location, quiet and comfortable place, for those who like wind is the ideal, as the house spends 24 hours well with the wind of the beach. The ease and practicality of accessing the house is a great differential. Super recommend!!

Very quiet place. Even better than it looks in the photos. Good location, about 20 minutes at most from anywhere in Belém. Close to two large markets, pharmacies, the Pedreira fair, as well as several restaurants and cafes nearby. And best of all, a cool place, considering it's in Belém.

It was great, returning to Salinas again, I will stay at this same place. Very nice place. I recommend it to everyone.
