My stay in Allana's flat was too perfect, all just like the announced quiet location, I felt at home , the impeccable cleaning, organization, I had everything I needed, not to mention the wonderful view to the sea and the rooftop with the pool that was wonderful Allana always very attentive , a sweetheart , I loved too much 🥰🥰❤️

I highly recommend the place, everything is impeccable! The hostess is always helpful, all the building staff are extremely polite! The building has an excellent structure with a restaurant where you can eat. The rooftop terrace offers a fantastic view of the city and the sea! The stay at the Co-House with Wanderley was excellent! The place is super clean, organized and exactly as in the photos of the ad, which already starts very well. Communication was quick and straightforward, and he was extremely receptive from the start. A special highlight was his care in preparing a document with several tips, useful information and suggestions for tourist places in João Pessoa, which is very helpful, especially for those who are getting to know the city. Wanderley was always available and attentive, which made all the difference in the experience. I'll definitely come back more often!

New building and very well located in front of the beach and there is a block from the Mag mall, offers a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, coworking and laundry. Well-equipped and furnished apartment. Very comfortable and quiet. Because it is a side apartment and has a building right next to it, it does not have much privacy and does not receive sunlight.

The stay was great, Cristiano was easy to communicate with, the check-in was super easy and flexible (since we arrived at midnight). The space is good, very close to the beach, the neighborhood is great and we had a good experience overall. I recommend it!

My first time and my wife in JP, simply amazing, the apartment is 2 minutes from the beach and the Joao Pessoa sign, simply everything wonderful, Pedro responds very quickly and gave us several tips and recommendations on what to do in JP, I just didn't like the reception staff, very ignorant and rude, otherwise EVERYTHING perfect!!!

The experience was great from beginning to end. The house is very cozy, complete, safe and very clean. The internet is good, the beds are comfortable, there are towels and toiletries on site. All Ares-Conditioners work perfectly. The house also has ample space for guests. I don't have anything to complain about. Note 10/10. Suggestion: the pool could have all the jets from the hydromassage area working, and a heating system would be interesting. When I went, it was raining and the water was very cold. There could also be a bigger TV in the living room. But, of course, this does not compromise the stay at all — it's just a suggestion.

The stay at Hans' house was simply unforgettable! It couldn't be better, and we'll definitely be back. The atmosphere is super cozy and intimate, allowing a unique exchange of ideas with the house's own designer, Hans. We were completely enchanted by the house and its structure, in addition to being a true refuge in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees. The house also has a perfect area for projections, providing unique experiences. We hiked to the beach in front and the scenery is literally a paradise! Hans was super attentive and anticipated all our needs. He even ordered a pizza for us, since we arrived late, in addition to giving several incredible tips about the region, those that only those who really know the place could offer. In addition, we received a gift for life, a friend (Hans). Without a doubt, we recommend it without so much as a second thought.

This place has Alma. It's one of those spaces that not only live in, they feel. The surfer vibe is breathed in every corner: the breeze coming through the windows, the sound of the sea nearby, the details cared for but relaxed… Nothing to spare, everything invites you to stay. To flow. To lower a change. I felt right at home from day one ( it's the second year I book it for a long stay). It has what you need (and more) to live comfortable, cook rich, rest deep and go surfing as if you were local. It's simple, but wavey. With soul. As I like it. I would go back a thousand times...

Very good accommodation, very responsive host. The place is close to medical centers and bakeries and seems like a walkable place. I thought it was excellent.

The apartment is new, well-equipped. I found it a little warm, perhaps because of the location to the west. Consider that a car will be necessary to get around.

Great stay. Silvia was flexible on check-in and the apartment was adjustable, well clean and equipped. It wasn't the first time we stayed in it and it certainly won't be the last. I recommend it to everyone. Note: Only one detail I would like to mention is with respect to air conditioning, I believe that the weather would be more pleasant after a cleaning in the filter. It cooled reasonably, it didn't bother you, but it could perform better. Overall we like it a lot <3

I was very pleased with the accommodation, all clean, towels of good quality,equipment that meet our needs. I only missed an air conditioner in the room in case of accommodation of 4 people . Everything else wonderful. Thank you, Paulo.

Amazing apartment, everything very beautiful and new, we had an unforeseen leak in the bathroom sink of the suite and in the kitchen sink, Amanda informed us that she would send someone to fix it, but in the 3 days I was staying there, no one showed up. We had to disable the bathroom sink in the bedroom and only used the main bathroom. Apart from these setbacks, the apartment is beautiful.

Second time staying at Elza's AP. I love the space , comfortable and pleasant apartment to stay in. Completo I feel at home . Pool is wonderful . And Elza is so friendly and proactive .

The stay was very enjoyable. Everything was exactly as in the photos, and the studio is well organized. We had daily cleaning service (we don't know if it's routine, but it happened during our stay). The balcony is a charm in itself - you can have breakfast while enjoying the sea view. Nearby, there is an excellent bakery, two supermarkets and a great gym affiliated with Wellhub (which was a differential for us). The beach in front of the property has many rocks, which makes bathing difficult, but with a longer walk or a quick five-minute Uber ride, you can reach an excellent diving area. We really enjoyed the stay and certainly recommend it.

Everything was wonderful. The apartment was clean, everything was organized and the crafts and utensils were very beautiful. José Orlando was always ready to help and answered everything very quickly.
