I only stayed one day with my girlfriend at the Maritaca chalet, unfortunately, because the space is super comfortable, relaxing, cozy, quiet, clean, with space for hiking, heated whirlpool and with all the household utensils to get by with food.

The house is wonderful, we feel very welcome. The river passes right in front of the bottom area, giving an incredible view of the river. The house and especially the kitchen are well equipped. I want to go back more often. These three nights were well worth it.

I loved the time we spent at the farm! A super quiet, cozy, easily accessible place. Great for relaxing! It's close to the city, which doesn't make it difficult at all, and it still has the privilege of being a quiet place without noise. Janaína and Ricardo were great hosts, super polite, attentive! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, the game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We will definitely come back more and more often!

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore. We will definitely come back more often.

The structure of the building is great, with 24h gatekeepers and automatic activation of the gate by the license plate (practical), and it also has a market.
