Typical caiçara house, from stick to pique, with spectacular views. Close to rivers, waterfalls, beaches, and trails. Boat access not included via pier of Paraty Historic Center or Paraty-Mirim Beach. Access trail to the house of approximately 200 meters up the hill. Not recommended for the elderly, children and the disabled.
