Our hotel was inspired by the old houses of the first Italian immigrants who arrived here. With typical local architecture of stone houses built throughout the region, the inspiration and dream have become a reality. We are located in Bento Gonçalves, in the heart of the Caminhos de Pedra – an authentic tourist route that portrays, safeguards and guarantees the preservation of our greatest cultural heritage: Italian immigration. This is part of the essence of what we always seek in LOT20.

Our house follows the traditional rustic style of Serra Gaúcha. The living room is spacious and perfect for relaxing moments. On cold days, the fireplace brings a special charm, we have a bar with a variety of drinks and wines at your disposal. You will have free access to the kitchen, equipped with all the utensils to prepare your meals. In the outdoor area, we have the deck with a barbecue and the pool for outdoor moments, this is even one of my favorite parts of the house!

We have a layette for rent, or you can bring your own.

Temos enxoval para locação ou você pode trazer os seus.

This JK is located in front of Molhes beach, comfortably accommodating 3 people in a unique and spacious environment. It is next to my guesthouse development, and you can enjoy all the facilities such as beach chairs, beach umbrella (rental), trousseau (rental) or you can bring your sheets and towels, etc. JK has a small and exclusive balcony with sea view and barbecue, providing a panoramic view of the entire beach.
