This is a large and comfortable studio! 30 m² (323 sq. ft.), well-lit, and equipped with amenities. Located at the back of the owners' residence but with a separate entrance. Located 400 meters from Praia dos Molhes and 100 meters from the Gastronomic Route. There are utensils for preparing light meals, but if you prefer, the best restaurants in the city are nearby!

The space is located in an upscale area of the city with many squares and beautiful people. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and gyms. It is the ideal place for those who need to be at the airport quickly or to get an American visa, as the Consulate is between the two destinations.
