Holiday rentals with a patio in Station 1

Ms Pearl Joy was kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than the check in time. The place is as listed. Complete and clean. She also communicated effectively and accomodated some of our requests. Wifi signal and mobile reception is good. The place is inside the Boracay Newcoast. There is a beach front exclusive for newcoast guests, its a few minutes walk but you can also hop in on the Comet shuttle service of the newcoast thats running from the entrance down to Cujo's Keyhole. Oceanway is located away from the busy hub of Boracay but not a problem at all as the Hop On Hop Off bus passes by oceanway, the HOHO bus is an effective transit to go around Boracay Island.

Spacious and cozy. Great for families. Only e trike away from beaches but overall great stay.

We really love the place , ambiance and also how the owner communicate in regards with our concern. Thank you so much also mhelody for helping us in our luggage and to the caretaker who assist all throughout our stay. Definitely will recommend and we will book again soon💯❤️ Very clean, and worth every penny.

This place is nothing short of absolute perfection! The best stay in the Philippines ever and this is my 3rd in the Philippines. Host was very courteous, accommodating, very professional, stellar communicator and great customer service skills. I am beyond impressed. Nicely decorated, immaculate, great location, safe, my only regrets was my short length of stay. I highly recommend this place, worth every penny and more. Oh, did I say, it was after I had briefly stayed at another local so called resort; that was a disaster. This was a breath of relieving air. Thanks Mariya!!

Great place to stay. Very good for workation. Fast and reliable internet for working remotely. Beautiful view from the balcony. And close to the beach. And great host!

The stay was everything looked for in a 6 month stay in Boracay.. the residence was like home for 6 months I am spoiled now and expect every stay to have an ocean view / mt./golf course view every moment of every day it’s really nice to have a private beach at your disposal too. And then there’s Pooka Beach not 5 minutes away where you can get the locals vibe . 10 minuets on an ETrike or the Hop on Hoo off bus. And you’re at the world famous White Beach and D Mall. Chilling for Happy Hour.the host was quite responsive and a wealth of knowledge of the things to do and see. I highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

This place is a hidden paradise. The grounds are stunning and the pool is beautiful. Rudi and the onsite staff were absolutely fantastic, helping us with everything we needed. Special thanks to the lady (whose name I’ve forgotten) playing with our baby and making us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The price is expensive, but the privacy is well maintained and the scenery is very good. If anyone wants to serve you, you can take them here.

I definitely recommend it for Boracay, very clean and hygienic apartment. They welcomed us and took us to the apartment. We were always able to reach them. And I would like to thank Elle she solved all our problems.

Host was responsive and considerate with our schedule. Beachfront is less than a minute walk from the place. Calm and laid back location but still proximate to the best attractions along the beach.

We had a perfect stay at Jeena and Jason’s place! Jason was on hand at check-in to show us around the property, and we were delighted to find cold water and coffee provided. The house was spotless and beautifully designed, featuring a stunning open-plan living room upstairs with plenty of space to relax and unwind. We loved the kitchen area, which was perfect for cooking, and felt completely at ease surrounded by the ‘jungle’ vibe—a blend of local style with high-end kitchen appliances and bathrooms with high-pressure (warm!) showers. The location is an ideal balance between remoteness and accessibility: it’s just a 10-minute walk to Dinwid Beach, yet totally peaceful enough to avoid noise from neighbours or roads. The garden area was a highlight, beautiful greenery offering a serene spot to enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommend!

The communication with the host was excellent. The maid at the accommodation (Manilou) was lovely also. There was a problem with the internet when we arrived but the host fixed this straight away. The villa is private and down a narrow lane but our luggage was brought to the accommodation for us (extra service). Boracay is beautiful, lots of bars and restaurants to visit. The villa is away from the main area but just a trike ride away which Manilou was able to sort for us.

We had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation. This place is very comfortable, well- maintained, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay especially if you will prepare your own meals. Everthing you need in a kitchen are available. The rooms are spacious and clean. One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the beach. It requires a bit of drive or longer walk if you want to have immediate access to the beach. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay for a large group of people. PS- Kuya Lito is very helpful and accommodating. He’s always ready to help whenever we ask him especially when we need a ride.

They were very accommodating and responsive and even allowed us to stay until 2pm free of charge. They also catered our requests as we are 4 ladies staying in the room and need some things for our stay. The room is also easy to spot since it's just outside of the elevator and all the amenities mentioned are there. Too bad we didn't bad we didn't have much time to go to the pool area. Front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. There was just a brief power interruption in the evening but the generator was immediately opened and power was restored shortly after. The whole place is perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Boaracay. For suggestions, if they can get a full body mirror next time for the guests. Overall the stay was perfect. Thank you so much! 😊😊😊

Nice little one bedroom apartment in a typical neighborhood. Reasonable walking distance from white beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Needed a few small items when we first checked in and the host was very responsive. Be aware that it is a three floor walk up.

Loved this apartment and Ms. Cheryl’s hospitality so much that we decided to stay again. This place is peaceful, with a beautiful view—couldn’t find a better match for us. Thank you for the friendly communication and warm hospitality!

My family had a wonderful stay. The place is huge and clean. Exactly as the photos. There’s no gym so the stairs going up is kind of our exercise plus the walking on the beach daily. There’s a nearby store also to buy some necessities. The pool is small but hey we went there for the beach and it’s few mins walk.

We were so thrilled with our stay at May’s . The condo itself was pristine, spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and stunning views . We loved the pool and gym. The kitchen had an all amenities for daily cooking. The location was quiet and 10 minutes to all shopping and town. Local transportation made getting around very convenient. We visited all the beaches nearby with local transportation. Mae is an excellent host who responded immediately to our inquiries. We were sad to leave and plan a return stay. We give May a 5 plus for her condo in paradise.

Crystal is 💯 % responsive from the time of booking till check out. She recommended the local affordable tour guide along the area. Easy to ask her a question and get a prompted answers. Always reminding the me about the travel date ( considered as alarm clock if we are busy and forget the date). Highly recommended her place to stay while in the island of Boracay.
