Nearby you will find great hiking areas and nice swimming opportunities in both river and sea. - We have a cute cat named "ipa" who lives here, hope she can contribute with cozy company

There should be plenty of everything, like coffee, soaps, shampoo, washing powder, toilet paper, drying roll, candles spices, extra linens and towels, and more. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed in both rooms. In addition an inflatable single bed. Two tvs, both with the Apple TV. Lots of channels. Well equipped kitchen. Private outdoor area with BBQ. Electric car charger. Good bus connections and trains. Great hiking areas and beach in the area.

Hinna Park shopping mall and Viking Stadium 10 minutes on foot. Vaulen Baths 20 minutes walking distance Sauna and bathing facilities in Hinna Park Large playground just outside and car-free street. Charging facilities In addition to all this, a lovely, extremely cuddly cat named Leonard is included. He must be fed once a day and sleeping out at night :)

The house is spacious with divided zones, the kitchen and living room are on separate floors. Huset har to etasjer; tre soverom, kjøkken/stue og to bad. I andre etasje (inngang) er kjøkken/stue, et bad og et soverom. Dette rommet har enkeltseng som kan slås ut til dobbeltseng. I første etasje har du en stor terrasse, to soverom og et bad. Begge soverommene har dobbeltseng (den ene er enkel og kan slås ut til dobbeltseng)

You feel that your shoulders drop when you come in the door and see the amazing view of the fjord out of the large living room windows. An uplifting living room with kitchen and high under the roof. The house holds everything you need to cook or to enjoy yourself inside. You can take both short and longer trips in the district around.

Simple and peaceful accommodation centrally located only 20 minutes walk from Stavanger city centre. Here you can wake up to a great view of the Gandsfjord and Ryfylkeheiane. We have a small garden at the front of the house, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Additionally we have a back deck and balcony with evening sun. The house consists of three floors and in a charming location.
