There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed in both rooms. In addition an inflatable single bed. Two tvs, both with the Apple TV. Lots of channels. Well equipped kitchen. Private outdoor area with BBQ. Electric car charger. Good bus connections and trains. Great hiking areas and beach in the area.

The townhouse has an outdoor area with good sun conditions. The distance to the city center is about 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes by foot. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, as I live here permanently and only rent out when I am out of town. The house is therefore furnished with private belongings, which gives an extra homely atmosphere.

Simple and peaceful accommodation centrally located only 20 minutes walk from Stavanger city centre. Here you can wake up to a great view of the Gandsfjord and Ryfylkeheiane. We have a small garden at the front of the house, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Additionally we have a back deck and balcony with evening sun. The house consists of three floors and in a charming location.
