Ένα συμπαθητικό διαμέρισμα 35τμ στο ισόγειο μονοκατοικίας (υπερυψωμένο) με εξωτερικό χώρο, σε μια πολύ ήσυχη και φιλική γειτονιά. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση δεκαπέντε λεπτών περίπου με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης και δέκα λεπτών από το Μέγαρο Χορού. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχει παραδοσιακό αρτοποιείο και mini market. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι τέσσερα άτομα. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα καθιστικό-κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, ένα wc και ανεξάρτητο εξωτερικό χώρο.

Very close to the center of Kalamata, all next to us, fun food, stroll, supermarket. Our country house is located in the center of the village, Chrani in a plot full of olive trees. Visitors can enjoy the sea at a distance of 50m and in 100m they can find supermarkets, café and taverns. The beach which is right in front of the house is a quiet one, perfect for some moments of relaxation and tranquility. But if you wish a night out there are 3 beach bars 400m away from the house which you can visit with your family or your friends.

All our questions were answered and so much help given throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless and Katerina assisted me with use of the washing machine and other amenities. The air conditioning unit stopped working on day 2 so Katerina called out the technician and within a couple of hours a new control was supplied and viola!! air con back on.... We were so relieved and surprised at how quickly it was resolved. We needed more time in Xranoi however off we went after 3 days. A truly beautiful family! we thank you all and will never forget your kindness shown to us. xxxxxxx”
