The spacious 4 bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of an old time newly renovated town villa. The apartment has a small balcony and a big garden. Sitting outside you can listen to the birds and the brook which runs next to our property. The extraordinary thing about our house is that it is right in den middle of the historic town Steyr with the town square in just 5 minutes walking distance and on the other hand sitting in the garden or the terrace it feels like being on the countryside.

Cozy vacation home in a dream location

Looking for peace and nature? My property is located on the edge of the forest in a quasi-secluded location on the edge of the Kalkalpen National Park near the Höss and Wurzeralm ski resorts as well as in the midst of the most beautiful hiking routes. You'll love the views, the location, and the surroundings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids. A wealth of leisure activities as well as a gourmet restaurant in the village offer something for every taste.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday for couples or families! Large garden with a small house, BBQ terrace, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor shower – perfect for enjoying the open air. Public pool, hiking trails, cycling routes, and other activities nearby. The sunny apartment, renovated in 2025, offers 72 m² of comfort for 2–4 guests and is fully equipped. A fifth bed can be added if needed. Washing machine in the basement is available for shared use. Not available for contractor groups.

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 hectare of forest, a place for retreat, for family vacations, for "Simply being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

This original troad box is actually 300 years old and has been lovingly converted into a romantic hut in a dream location in the Kalkalpen National Park. Here up to 4 people can enjoy the quiet country life. The former granary is modernly equipped with a heated hot tub on the terrace and a cozy fireplace. At the adjacent Heurigen, there are regional specialties. Hiking and mountain biking at your doorstep, ski and spa areas can be reached in less than half an hour by car.
