The cozy room with a 160 cm double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen is equipped and provided with all comforts, including a dishwasher, electric convection oven, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and coffee machine.

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.
