Snugly renovated bathroom with bathtub, washer and dryer and heated floor swimming facilities are located in a short distance, walked about restaurants and grocery stores.

The flat is 40 square meters with great views, the bedroom has a 180 cm double bed and balcony. There is a 160 cm bed sofa in the living room.
