In the kitchen stove you will find hot plates, fridge, water and microwave as well as cutlery, plates, coffee maker, tea kettle and everything you need in a kitchen. Toilet and sink available. Note: NO SHOWER! Share in house with own entrance. A quiet and cozy nest where you can be by yourself and recover.

Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

The house is located in a quiet part of Älvsjö but only 25 min to Stockholm city and 4km to the Stockholm international fair. The Studio has a complete kitchen (incl. washing machine) with cozy dining area. It is Scandinavian decorated with great accuracy and a lot of charm. Wifi is provided. Enjoy fresh bedlinnen and towels upon your arrival and included cleaning upon departure, like in a better hotel :-)

Ramhäll-an idyll in the countryside

Wifi is slow. Note that the longest time you can rent the apartment is 14 days. The accommodation is adapted to tourists and there is no washing machine. No laundry facilities nearby either. Renovated, fully equipped apartment, in an old house from 1873. 3,5 km to a little, nice beach. Good location for day trips to Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, the sea and ironworks villages. You can borrow a bike for free. This is the place for those who are looking for a relaxing environment in the country.

Fully furnished beautiful Studio Apartment in a villa in a peaceful area. The studio is just 20 min. from the city center. The Studio offers accommodation for a couple or single with a balcony overlooking the garden, 1 bedroom (140x200cm bed) , a living room and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge. The sofa bed in the kitchen cum living room can be converted into a floor level mattress . Fully equipped kitchen has induction stove, oven, mini fridge, kettle and toaster.

Sjöutsikt från alla fönster. Parkeringsplats precis vid huset som ingår i hyran. Boendet passar för familjer eller par.

The calm in the forest

The accommodation is very close to nature. The wildlife, the access to the forest and the tranquility are amazing. At the same time, it is only 5 minutes, and you are on the highway to Stockholm (1 hour), Trosa (20 min) or Nyköping with Skavsta airport (30 min). The chance of seeing wildlife here is almost 100%, mostly deer. If you want to be sure to see elk, wild boar, etc., we can recommend a wildlife park on Öster Malma, just 20 minutes from here.

A well-equipped ground floor apartment on a villa, private entrance and patio. Free parking. Close to subway and bus, 10 minutes to cozy local center, 10 minutes subway to central Stockholm. Kitchen with dishwasher. In the bedroom double bed and a sofa bed that is made into 1.20bed. Very quiet area, close to both swimming, shops, cozy cafés. 15 min walk to nice swimming jetty. Children are welcome to use trampoline.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
