The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Beautiful view over the Sickla lake and right on the border of the large recreational area Nackareservatet with endless trails for biking, running or skiing. 10 min bikeride to popular Hellasgarden with restaurant and rental of bike, skis, canoes as well as sauna with refreshing icebaths in winter!

Tranholmen is a quiet island without car traffic or motor traffic. The island is served all year round by a ferry and several trips go to Ropsten both morning, noon and evening, the trip takes about 10 minutes. Our how is located on a lake plot so we have our own private large jetty that you can swim from.

Our villa is located on a hill overlooking Lake Mälaren with wonderfully beautiful sunsets in summer.
