Less than four minutes away you will find the subway and right outside the door there are restaurants, cafés and grocery stores (lovely cheese shop in the same house!). The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed and a specially designed work corner. The kitchen and living room are in a lovely open floor plan with windows overlooking the rooftops and with a large fireplace to curl up in front of in winter.

From this beautiful apartment in Alvik, you are close to beautiful walking paths around the Mälaren lake, but also the subway, bus & tram that takes you smoothly to Stockholm's central parts in 15 minutes. On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed, and on the upper floor, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed. On the upper floor, there is also an open sleeping area around the fireplace with a 120 cm bed and 2 extra mattresses, if more sleeping places are desired. The accommodation has everything you could possibly need.

It's also close to several parks such as Fredhällsparken, Kristinebergsparke. In the area, there are several restaurants and cafés. In summary, this is an area for you who appreciate living close to nature but at the same time also have a short distance to the pulse of the city.
