Very clean apartment! Easy check in/check out. Had a nice stay!

The place was easy to book, clean, and exactly as pictured. The beds were super comfortable. We had a great stay and will come back next time we stay in Providence.

Had an amazing stay in Greenport. The condo was exactly as listed, extremely clean and has a ton of amenities. Tom communicated from when the reservation was booked until the end, he was readily available, answered quickly and gave tons of informations. The location is ideal with the private beach and pool and a quick 5 minute drive into town. The condo offers a great little kitchen, a wonderful balcony with a water view and an unbeatable sunset and all the amenities you need for your stay. Pool towels are provided, plenty of bathroom towels, there’s a coffee machine, 3 tvs, a variety of dishware and there’s coin operated laundry in the basement. The staff that works the grounds and property are also super friendly. The town of Greenport and other surrounding towns are all close, you have endless options for vineyards in close vicinity and there’s tons of amazing restaurants within a 5-15 minute car ride. Bright, spotless, well thought out apartment. Comfortable and quiet, lovely back yard. Wonderful landlord, very accommodating and super responsive. Close to College Hill and Federal Hill. We would happily stay here again. The delicious Moroccan tea they served us when we first arrived was the perfect welcome.

We came for a lacrosse tournament and decided to do a house/condo rather than a hotel for extra room. It was a great choice for us. The place was clean and quiet. She left us with so many snacks and plenty of kitchen supplies. We have done many rentals on this site and have had to bring or buy oil, salt, pepper, butter, spices. She had everything already there. I forgot my toothbrush and she had them already available. If we do this tournament next year I will definitely request this place again.

Great space. It’s hard to find an Airbnb that accommodates a family or group traveling together that need separate bedrooms and two full baths. Jason’s apartment was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment is on a busy road and noise is a factor… but he provides noise machines that help. Easy access to the airport and interstates.

We stayed 2 nights in Jonathan's apartment. Everything worked out really well, we enjoyed our stay very much, had everything we needed and as indicated in the listing. Especially, the playground on the property was a big hit for my 3 year-old. Hope to return some day!

Great spot, well located and nice unit. Only thing to note is the ‘side entrance’ still faces the street - not the alley. It’s just not the main entrance. But the neighborhood is lovely and an easy walk to Thayer. Thank you very much!

This apartment is nestled right in the heart of Providence in the historic district, easy to get to campuses, downtown, and cute local neighborhoods. We walked pretty much everywhere and only had a car for one day while we were in town. Inside, the apartment is very cute and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It's great to have a well stocked kitchen in order to cook good breakfasts instead of having to eat out all the time while traveling. Hamzah was very communicative in advance, giving all the particular details on getting into the building and parking in the local area. He also included suggestions on local restaurants and attractions which was also appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at Rohan’s place for Brown Graduation. We had a large group so much better than multiple hotel rooms. The property manager met us and helped us get in. There are stairs which were a bit of a challenge for older members of our group, but everyone navigated it fine. Nice drive down Hope/Blackstone to Brown campus. Special bonus: we got to see a Rhode Island Football Club game! And made friends at the Cape Verdian restaurant on the corner. Overall great weekend.

We stayed for a month in a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apt. in part of Anne's beautiful 19th century mansion. The Unit was the perfect size for my husband and me, and our 2 cats. Anne is an amazing host. She not only made us feel at home, but introduced us to fun activities, restaurants, museums, and sailing lessons in the area. Anne was easy to reach out to, and always responsive to our needs. Anne takes great pride in airbnb hosting, and has wonderful stories about local history and attractions. We definitely intend to come back for another stay with Anne in one of her apartments next Summer.

We had SUCH a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly communicative and friendly before, during, and after our stay. The condo was spacious and very clean and was equipped with more than everything we needed. Location is walkable to so many shops and restaurants and was perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed our stay here. the location is great -- walkable to a lot of the restaurants and shops in town and the ferry. The Airbnb is as described -- bring your own sheets and towels. I felt like the price was really good compared to other places on the island. very clean, comfortable beds.

This was an excellent location for our trip. The place was clean and I appreciated having an iron and ample closet space w hangers. The rooms all have AC and we were very comfortable. The only con was it was a bit difficult to get in. The building entrance is shared with the restaurant and is actively used by the restaurant employees so it’s a bit awkward getting in and out during the day.

We had a great stay at Diane's spot in Providence! If you like great local restaurants and bars, lots of culture and environment, the apartment is perfectly located for just that. The apartment itself is small but incredibly clean and charming. I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a quiet, secluded spot. This gorgeous apartment is located amongst the hustle and bustle, which made a perfect spot for myself and my colleagues who were working in town. Diane is super responsive and accommodating, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible! Highly recommend for short and long term stays! P.S Make sure to go downstairs to Costantino's for dinner, one, two or MANY nights!

Our stay was peaceful located in a great place , the home its self was perfect if we come back next year we will book this place again

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. The condo was clean, cozy, and close to tons of great activities. The pre-arrival instructions were super helpful, check-in was seamless, and access to the clubhouse was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had an amazing time at Natalie's vila. It was so beautiful and accommodating. Our host was responsive and helpful. You will love staying here!

Nat was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with! Her cute and clean little condo was the perfect spot for my husband and I to get away for his 40th birthday weekend! Conveniently located near the casinos and our favorite- spas! Thank you Nat!

We considered staying at Mohegan Sun for our weekend event there, but we are so glad we chose to stay here instead. It was a peaceful little escape! Taylor thought of everything and we never ran into any issues. Thanks for a great stay!
