The cottage was completed in late summer 2024 and is now ready for rental. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a cape by the Lule river. The cottage consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

A small newly renovated and cozy cabin for rent. In the summer, where the days are long, you have the opportunity for fishing, hiking and berry and mushroom picking. In winter, you can drive snowmobiles, ice fishing and dog sledding. End the day with a hot sauna (rented out) with possibility to see the northern lights directly from the relaxation room. The house is located about 30 km from Arvidsjaur where you have the opportunity to shop. There is also a smaller general store in Moskosel (about 15 km).

There is an ice road suitable for walking, cross-country skating and kick-skating. Forest paths for walking and picking berries, bathing jetty and sandy beach for swimming. Free access to bicycles, small boat and fishing equipment. Minimum 4 nights for booking unless otherwise agreed.

Newly built and cozy cottage in the middle of Kåbdalis Ski lifts with proximity to ski slope, cross-country skiing tracks, ice fishing, water and much more. Just a few minutes walk you will find restaurants, shop, ski lift and much more that Kåbdalis offers. Swimming area is located in the middle of Kåbdalis village. Note: During May - November, the restaurant is not open. The business is open 24 hours a day with Mobile BankID.

This exclusive house by the Luleå river is located 9km outside Boden centrum on an island called Kusön not far from the famous Tree Hotel and Artic bath. The House is top standard, built in 2017 If you want silence and a chance to experience northern lights in winter or midnight sun during summer from the hot tub under the sky this is the place.
