Colettes place was exactly what we needed to get away from the city's hustle and bustle. It was so peaceful. There were so many toys my daughter could play with and very child friendly which I appreciate. The place was clean and very neat. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

We had a lovely stay at Werner's place as two families with 5 adults and 3 kids. The space was the perfect size. Not too big that we felt disconnected from each other, but also not so small that we felt we were in each other's space. It's also a beautiful location, and just a few minutes walk to a winery. Very well stocked in terms of crockery and glassware. Will definitely book again!

Great accommodation. The place is beautiful. I would stay again anytime. Very responsive host. Walkable to Main Street restaurants and the grocery store.

A very tastefully furnished beautiful home with everything you would need. Eveline is an excellent communicator and very proactive when it comes to making sure you feel looked after. I would highly recommend her place and we would love to stay there again

Loved our girls trip weekend at David’s place. Super easy check in and clear instructions on how the house worked. Location was incredible, we walked for coffees and dinners and a short drive to surrounding wine farms and wine tram. So much to do in the area, we will be back!

Lovely space after a day spent in the mountains! Two fires to enjoy, and the most comfortable bed and linen! enjoyed our time and would stay again. Walked around the land a bit, picked a couple of lemons off the bountiful trees, and enjoyed a movie by the fire with dinner made on the outdoor braai/bbq. Vicki was very responsive and the property felt very private and well kitted out.

Just an awesome location and super easy logistics. Spacious, modern and highly recommendable! Would definitely come back again!

Our trip was made all the more special by our stay in Carol's beautiful home. It was full of wonderful art and artifacts and staying there was one of the highlights of our holiday. We all enjoyed the big, comfortable rooms, the lovely outside dining areas and appreciated all the amenities. The kids loved the sparkling pool and expansive, attractive garden. Carol was so friendly and relaxed and made us feel so welcome. We would wholeheartedly recommend their spot and hope we can stay there again in the near future.

This was our second stay at Elizabeth's home and once again perfect for our needs. The location is great for visiting places like Stellenbosch or diving through to Cape Town and the home is spacious, well-equipped and the estate is quiet and safe. Elizabeth is also the perfect host and her communication throughout our stay was excellent. We can't wait for our next visit!

Tim is a very hospitable host, he met us at check in day, helped with luggage. There were fresh flowers at home, clean beds and towels, nice welcome drink. Tim advised several interesting spots. The house has a great view from bedroom and living area. Was a pleasure to wake up and see the ocean. Every day we walked to the beach (5 minutes literally). There are some coffee shops and restaurants. Very good locations of shops. Very safe area! A lot of people running and swimming. Beautiful nature, surrounded with mountains. It has gas and every time we could cook and make tea. Very good variety of things for cooking inside the house. Tim has a nice secret garden :) Tim is a very friendly and sporty person, he told us about sport opportunities around. Tim was easy to communicate every time we wrote him with questions, He also advised us a nice clean lady and looked about the garden himself. One of the best hospitable stayings.

I am writing this review while we are still at the property. We have stayed in many AirBnB's, but never have we encountered a place as fascinating as Kloof House. Nestled into the trees, at the bottom of the mountains, is this haven of peace. Due to the way it is built we feel one with nature. The interior is thoughtfully dominated by wood and endless floor to ceiling glass, it is warm and intriguing. We constantly stop to gaze at the forest. It almost feels a bit like being part of Jurassic Park, just without the dinosaurs. Inside it is pure luxury, no expenses have been spared, top notch appliances and so generously stocked, incredibly beautiful and stylish furniture, insanely comfortable beds. The nature pool, large hot tub and braai area are a real treat. All of this coupled with the friendliness and immediate responsiveness of the hosts makes this getaway one we will never forget. Thank you so much Keri and Louise!!

Our two families of 9 people had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and the living spaces were great for our group. Beautiful views from the deck. Darren was incredibly responsive to all needs that arose. Would definitely stay here again!

This was such an amazing place . So clean ,beautiful and felt right at home . This is perfect for a quick getaway or even a longer stay . Definitely home away from home . The host Geraldine made it her absolute top priority to assist us with ever earlier check in and everything was perfect . Will definitely be back❤️

We were absolutely enchanted. Vanessa has a great decor taste. A lot of attention to detail. In addition, we were very warmly welcomed. The house is equipped with everything you need. We had a very nice week in Vanessa's beautiful house.

What a wonderful property. It immediately felt like home. Both my wife and I were also remote working so the little office space was perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed cooking there. The outside space was just beautiful and all conveniences were a short drive away. We didn't want to leave! It was also spotlessly clean. Sharon was amazing in answering all our questions promptly. We highly recommend this gorgeous hidden gem in Hout Bay.

We had a fabulous stay, as a family of four, at Happy Huguenot Cottage. It has clearly been very recently renovated & to a very high standard- the house is spotless & beautifully decorated & appointed, with everything clearly labelled & with unmistakable instructions. It certainly matches, and exceeds, expectations based on the photos. Though it clearly hasn’t been “lived in” as yet, the kitchen is extremely well appointed, with everything you might want & need to cater for eating on the beautiful veranda by the pool. Equally, it’s an easy walk (even with small children) to the many amazing restaurants of “downtown” Franschoek which felt entirely safe, even at night. Elaine sent very clear & thoughtful instructions for our arrival. We had a wonderful stay & would highly recommend to anyone looking for space, comfort & convenience in Franschoek village.

Really great spot. Close enough to the sea to have beautiful views but far enough back to be away from tourists and traffic. A very comfortable, peaceful home set in a pretty, bird-full garden.

This was our second stay at Henning’s place and we just cannot get enough. It’s such an amazing serene getaway in the most stunning location and beautiful home. We had a wonderful bday weekend playing games, cooking food and the fireplace was a great accompaniment with the cold weather. The home has such an incredible view of the ocean and can be seen from almost anywhere. Truly a special stay one of a kind stay. Hazel is always so friendly and hospitable. Thank you Henning and Hazel, we will surely be back.
