It is a fully independent house with garden with lots of privacy. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with pellet stove and a new open kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts. Behind the house is a private garden with terrace. On the second floor are a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a laundry room with washing machine.

Het huisje kent een eigen opgang. Beneden bevinden zich de keuken (geen vaatwasser), eettafel, zithoek met 2 fauteuils, TV en badkamer met douche en toilet. Gaan we via de houten wenteltrap naar boven kom je onder het puntdak alwaar een goed 2-persoonsbed en opbergruimte te vinden zijn. Welkom!

We, a family with 4 children (10, 13, 16 and 18 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Sandepark 128 is located in Groote Keeten, a small village directly on the coast and 3 km. north of the cozy and tourist village Callantsoog. The Sandepark is a quiet and green holiday park about 600m from coastline. The wide sandy beach is great for beach recreation: swimming, surfing, fishing, kite flying, blockarts and paddle boarding. In the immediate vicinity of Groote Keeten, you can find beautiful walking and cycling routes through beautiful nature reserves.

Welcome to our lovely vacation home located in the beautiful town of Schoorl, within walking and cycling distance of the forest, the dunes and the sea. The house, completely renovated in 2020, is detached, has its own entrance, a small south-facing garden with a cozy canopy. The cozy living room has French doors to the sunny terrace, an open kitchen with dishwasher and oven, one bedroom and a bathroom. There are 2 nice bicycles with gears at the cottage.

In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Enjoy the fresh sea air, the beautiful nature, the dunes and the sea. Our cottage is located 50 meters from the beach and in the center of the cozy village of Callantsoog. Also very suitable as a base for the cities of Schagen (10 km) Den Helder ( 15 km) Alkmaar (25 km) Amsterdam (55 km). All easily accessible with public transportation.
