Will be back for sure, staff are so friendly and the place is so clean. The main pool area got really busy/ dirty because of so many guests. I would highly recommend visiting the smaller pools. Everything is super close market, restaurants, activities (etc). This is a great area to getaway and relax. The resort had many amenities.

Doyle is the best host, and the places that he rents out are incredible!

Nick’s place was clean, comfortable, had a wonderful view on the patio of the golf course. It has a microwave too. He was very responsive and helpful! Location was super convenient for Coachella as well.

It was great. We’ve stayed at this resort before and we love coming back. The pools are awesome and the people are always fun to talk to. Weather was perfect 👍🏼.

Stayed here for Coachella 2025. We booked the studio last minute which was a lot nicer and felt bigger than the photos when we got there. Felt like a hotel room. Walked to the Coachella shuttle every day by the hotel lobby and back at night and it was super convenient. Parking is right outside your room too so was easy going to get lunch and other necessities. Nicholas was super responsive and a great host. Will highly consider coming back to this same spot next year.

Great place to stay that is local to a lot of cool spots. Room was exactly what we needed. We did not use the shared amenities but many other people were so it looked lively. Would stay again!

Another stay with Vacasa California and it was totally worth it! The house was exactly what we paid for and upon our arrival we received excellent communication from their team. We were able to check-in and out without any hiccups. We were satisfied with our stay and would like to definitely stay at one of their locations again in the future!

This villa was lovely, really well equipped, everything you could need. Well cleaned, good amenities washing machine etc. Really quick helpful responses from Todd and Mitch. Quiet neighbourhood. Smooth check in process. It's in quite a windy area but view is lovely, great Airbnb

Our stay was perfect. zero complaints with the house or hosts. the pool was especially clean, and the hot tub heated up very quickly (within an hour and a half). we were provided with all the basics necessities. my only “problem” was the price. i went with a group of 4, and for 2 nights the price was pretty steep. its absolutely worth it, but if i had to have a complaint, it would be the price. 10/10 home!!! 5 stars all around just be aware that there isn’t much to do until you get into the city, which is a 30 minute drive. :)))

Mid-century beauty! Centrally located in a historic neighborhood with beautiful architecture and walkable streets. The location is ideal for hiking, shopping and fine dining. The home is exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated, a private & peaceful retreat. Reliable network and fast WiFi. Excellent host is responsive and accommodating. This is a home away from home and provides for the traveler’s every need

We loved our stay at Vy & Steven's place! The house was roomy and the backyard is amazing! They have a huge pool with chairs, fire pit, bbq, patio table and outdoor games. The location is very central to DT Palm Springs. I highly recommend this rental.

Absolutely loved this house. Pool and hot tub were great, Tesla charger was convenient, lots of space and very clean. Hosts were super responsive and kind. There’s lots of games available and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Would absolutely come back when visiting Palm Springs.

This was our second stay and we loved it as much or more as the first time. Because it was warmer than our first time staying, we made full use of the great (and large) backyard, pool, and hot tub. I've stayed in various neighborhoods in Palm Springs, but have come to favor Vista Las Palmas for the amazing mountain views, only-in-Palm-Springs architecture, peacefulness, yet still walkable (20 min) to downtown amenities. As usual Steve and his concierge Bob were helpful and communicative though out the stay.

We had a lovely stay. The home feels home-y, not a typical sterile rental. We had the things we needed in the home. The kitchen is well stocked. The backyard is super private and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Kristen was very responsive to the inquires we had.

We truly enjoyed the beautiful home & peaceful stay. Even if the home only had one TV, we were able to keep it on at night to reduce the loud wind, rattling the bedroom windows and screen doors. AC worked perfectly & The two full bathrooms were large and extremely convenient, the community felt safe and having a kind gate security was definitely helpful and felt stress free. Co/Host & Host were amazing and accommodating to our extra day and late check out & always prompt communication. Would recommend this property & would love to stay here again. If you have never stayed in a desert home or are used to staying in resorts/hotels in the deserts, you may want to bring headphones/earbuds to sleep, desert winds can get loud at night if not prepared or sensitive to loud whistling or rattling noises.

Aftee spending a weekend in the desert, we found a great condo to stay at that is close to Palm Springs and all the casinos! Jennifer is an excellent host, and she was always accommodating and willing to provide useful information when needed. The place was very clean and welcoming, and has a pool right next door to the outdoor patio. This condo is also in a prime location for great restaurants, museums, and Downtown Palm Springs! it is a great value and has many incredible amenities and a useful welcome guide. We had a smooth time checking in and out, and instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this place if you were to visit the desert, we had an amazing stay!!

This was the perfect place for my partner and I to spend our anniversary weekend. There were so many wonderful restaurants downtown to choose from, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful, where we stayed, and Jerry and Craig were incredibly responsive and respectful. One thing I would point out is, if you are not a gay man, or a woman celebrating her bachelorette party, the party scene is pretty underwhelming . Aside from that, I’d definitely stay in this exact spot again.

Booked last min and was pleasantly surprised with the condo. The location is very quiet and the local neighbors were friendly. Nikki was a great host and answered questions for me quickly. My kids loved the heated pools. The linens and towels were new and plush. We would stay here again.

The place was easy to find and getting inside the condo was a breeze. Billy and Shea's communication/instructions were great. Had an enjoyable time with my family. Would definitely recommend! 😀

Blaire was extremely responsive and flexible, going above and beyond to help us with our special requests. The location was perfect for our weekend and the accommodation was stunning. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area, especially if you are attending by Coachella or Stagecoach.

We couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more in this beautiful, peaceful accommodation in Palm Springs. Billy and his team were extremely responsive and helpful. The home was spotless and spacious while still being warm and cozy. Highly recommend!

Our stay was very relaxed. It was at the end of our trip and we were able to just enjoy bumming out at the condo. Endless cups of Nespresso or if not an aficionado, Keurig machine was also available. The two suites were very spacious and well appointed. The place looks as if an interior designer put their touch on it. Both bathrooms were immaculate and well stocked. We did some laundry and the LG machines did the job. The kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal. The living area is very open and well appointed, the games are great if you want an electronics free time. We did not get to enjoy the patio because of the high winds and sand, but it has a great view of the golf practice range. I would definitely stay again if in the area.
