Holiday rentals with a patio in Stroud Township

Chris is an amazing host from the start of me booking my trip to answering all of my questions to him even responding while on vacation i would totally recommend and will be coming back mind i live 35 min away but i felt like i was away which was great …. Look forward to doing business again ….

Great place! Our host JD was very attentive and responsive to our needs! The place was super quiet, clean, and private. Very small town, so you have to drive around to get to some good spots, but they definitely have some nice restaurants nearby! My boyfriend and I celebrated our 6 year anniversary here and it was one to remember.

Androula’s place was perfect for our weekend plans with friends in Strousburg. Everything you need and more! I enjoyed making coffee and REALLY ENJOYED her homemade pastries!! Top notch, I’ll definitely stay again.

Wonderful quiet loft tucked away in the green surroundings. The creek running besides the backyard offers a calming presence. Kelly was friendly and welcoming. Her place had all the amenities as described. Linens were clean and ample, beds were comfortable to sleep in. We stayed with a toddler and liked the roomy living area for her to walk around and explore. While it is located about 8 or 9 miles from the nearest grocery store (not counting the Shawnee general store which closes at 3pm) and restaurant, the Shawnee brewery is at a walking distance and a wonderful experience if you enjoy fresh brews and live music.

We had such a nice time here with our kids. The house was beautifully decorated, cozy, and looked exactly like the photos. It had everything we needed and felt instantly welcoming. The game room was a big hit and gave us fun downtime after exploring the area. Armida and Ian were super responsive and welcoming, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. We’d happily stay again!

What a gem! From the moment you walk in the door, all the stress melts away! Meticulously spotless. Open floor plan. Beautiful view. Quiet and peaceful. Fully stocked kitchen. Every amenity you could possibly think of was provided. I really can't say enough. Mike was super responsive and checked in with us. My husband and I felt right at home. We will be back!

Our stay was wonderful! We really felt right at home. The location is central to everything you could want! Restaurants, grocery store, shopping, Shawnee Mt, Camelback were all within minutes. Robert was very friendly and was so kind to let us check in early. The house was immaculate. Very clean and just perfectly designed. We slept so well and enjoyed watching movies at night and putting on the fireplace. It was very cozy, but spacious for 3 children and 2 adults. We could have fit more people very comfortably. I would recommend Robert’s place and would love to stay there again when we are in the Pocono region.

We had a wonderful time at this property for our WUE retreat! The home was exactly as pictured—clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The peaceful location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and William, our host, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. One suggestion for future guests would be to clarify in the listing that the pool is part of the community and not directly on the property. Access requires additional steps, which would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Also, having an iron available would’ve been a nice bonus for preparing outfits during our retreat. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene and well-kept space!

The Lakeside house was very nice and enjoyable. Allison was an excellent host and responded quickly if we had any concerns. House is located about a half hour from most attractions. Interior of the house was very clean and as pictured. Outside had many enjoyable activities and seating, but also could use some attention. It didn’t keep us from having a good time though. If we considered another trip to the Poconos we definitely would consider the Lakeside house. Thank you Allison for sharing your home with me and my family!

Great stay! Family of 4 with 2 young adult children had bonding time at this home. We played ping-pong and darts while it rained and when the rain slowed down was able to soak in the hot top. It’s a great place to unplug especially because there is only one cabled TV but WiFi was strong and reliable when we all went to our own spaces. Ample kitchen supplies were provided.

We had a girls trip (8 of us) to Roxanne & Stan's place in the Poconos and had an amazing time! Its about a 2 hour drive from the city and close to many little towns so you get the feeling of being in nature, but still close to civilization. Honestly I chose this place because of the pool & hot tub and it did not disappoint (though i do wish the weather cooperated a little better)! We used the kitchen every night including the outdoor grill and ate both indoors and outdoors. Otherwise, we spent the rest of our time in the living room area, using it as a co-working and leisure space, which comfortably fit the 8 of us. The beds were also very lush, with the king bedrooms especially being extremely spacious. Roxanne & Stan were very responsive and proactively checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Check in and check out were pretty smooth and the cleaning crew is very punctual! Overall I'd definitely recommend this location for family trips and friend staycations from NYC!

Wonderful experience! The place had everything we needed and then some! The location was perfect, just steps from the lake and pool at Big Boulder Lake Club. The outdoor deck wrapped around and gave us so much room to sit, spread out, and relax. The gas grill was a bonus so we could cook out. There was even a cornhole game that we set up and played on the deck. Can't wait to come back and stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay at Paul's Airbnb. My wife and I stayed here on a work trip. It had all the amenities to be a home away from home.

Amy has an amazing property. Everything was beautiful, we had plenty of linens. We had a grill night and she had plenty of utensils (cutting board, knives, etc.) so we didn’t have to worry about buying those things, friendly community, steps away from the pool and the lake, I can’t recommend this place enough, thank you Amy!

We truly enjoyed Sharon's place! Its very clean, with great surroundings and so many little thoughtful details. The balcony faces the pool which is very convenient. Rule pools are quite strict ( have to drop off pick up entry bracelets every time, no kids in warm pool/spa). Great restaurants nearby!

very clean and spacious. very easy to get to and lots to do around close and a little far. house was big and really nice with great appliances. all my questions were answered booking was really easy as was check in. all around really easy, well worth it, clean, comfortable, great experience.

The place was beautiful and peaceful, kitchen had everything you need to cook, everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived, you have a recreational center with indoor and outdoor pool, arcade, basketball field, but the condo is on a quiet a peaceful area 2 minutes drive from the recreational center, house has all the amenities for a perfect stay. Max was kind and responsive to my questions, I definitely recommend this place.
