This loft was amazing with an incredible vibe! Well thought out design and a place you could easily live for an extended stay. Whilst there’s no dedicated parking, there were plenty of parking spaces on the street with a garage next door. Finally, and the most important factor in my book, this place has an incredibly comfortable mattress. As frequent Airbnb guests know, comfortable mattresses are not always a given.

Excellent hosts and a clean, comfortable space close to KU and the “old downtown” on Massachusetts avenue. Restaurants and grocery nearby/walking distance. Host made fresh muffins daily. Refrigerator for guest use in the “mud room”. Watch your head in the Watermelon Room - low vaulted ceiling!

This place ranks at the top of all the Airbnb’s we have stayed at. Exceptional! And suited us just right. It’s. Little bit of a walk (.5 miles) to Mass Street - but easily walkable. And several restaurants even closer.

My group of four adults enjoyed this quiet home and its beautiful surroundings. We walked the neighborhood and were surprised by how many small parks were nearby! We also loved hanging out on the porch swing and back patio set. There was an issue with the wifi during our stay, but Sara acted quickly to contact the provider and communicated that it was an outage in the area. She followed up with us once internet was restored to ensure it was working properly. I was impressed with Sara's dedication and friendliness. Would stay here again!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The Boho suite was stylish, cozy, and spotless. The private entrance and peaceful neighborhood made it feel like a true retreat, while still being close to everything I needed in West Lawrence. The bed was super comfortable, and the dual-head shower was a spa-like bonus. Check-in was smooth and Danielle was kind, responsive, and respectful of privacy. You can tell a lot of thought went into making this space feel welcoming. I’d 100% stay again—highly recommend!
