Apartment holiday rentals in Stuttgart-Mitte

We were traveling as a family in Stuttgart and felt very comfortable in Alexander's apartment. We will definitely book with him again at the next opportunity.

Our stay with Steffen and Micha was just as pleasant on all levels as we had wished: Steffen is a very warm host, whose personal greeting made us feel welcome right away. The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need. We attended a concert at the Porsche Arena, which was super easy to reach both by subway and on foot! It was perfect for us. Many thanks to Steffen and Micha, we will gladly come back.

Everything worked out just fine. Lovely apartment in great location. We felt very comfortable.

The room is relatively small at about 20-25 m², but really cosy. The bathroom is spotlessly clean and there is a fully functional kitchen with basically all cooking stuff. In short, it's a small space that provides everything you need to feel like at home.

It’s a very nice and enjoyable stay. The place is very clean. I love the closeness to the public transportation which is important to my stay.

Wow! This was an amazing 2 day stay for my wife and I and our 20 year old son. The hosts were extremely welcoming and attentive. Dorothea and Johan gave us great advice about the area and places to go. They even let us sample some locally produced wine, which was beautiful. We will definitely return when visiting Stuttgart again. Thank you.

Very spacious and beautiful apartment. Friendly reception and everything well arranged. It is also nice to be able to sit outside. And we really liked that there was a washing machine! It's handy that there's a supermarket around the corner. But it is a pity that the busy road and tram run in front of the apartment. But after a day you get used to it.

It was a great stay with Susanne and Wolfgang. Check-in was very straightforward. We were even allowed to check in a little earlier by arrangement. In the apartment, you immediately felt comfortable. Everything you need and more was there. It was noticeable that a lot of care was taken here. The communication was very pleasant, as the hosts are very friendly and respond quickly to inquiries.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is more spacious than the photos show. Manuela met us in person to give us the keys and show us the laundry room and trash rooms. The apartment is on a quiet street and everything in the town of Ludwigsburg was easily walkable! We had children with us so we appreciated the dedicated washer and dryer in the basement laundry room.

It was a nice stay! As I had hoped, I could easily walk to the university, also partly through the adjacent forests.

Staying at Pia and Amar’s place was exactly what I needed—comfortable, convenient, and filled with warmth. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Maritim Hotel and Stuttgart’s Haus der Wirtschaft. The studio itself is well-equipped, cozy, and practical—ideal for a hassle-free stay. But the true highlight of my experience was Pia and Amar themselves. They are the kindest, most welcoming hosts you could hope for, instantly making me feel at home. Their genuine warmth and hospitality turned a simple stay into a memorable experience. I can’t wait to come back! Next time, I hope to spend more time exploring the beautiful garden behind the house, admiring Pia’s incredible artwork, and experiencing Amar’s amazing DJ performances. Highly recommended!

Hrisoula is very friendly! The accommodation was very clean and well equipped! The location with subway connection and in the immediate vicinity of the Porsche Museum also offers many opportunities to do something! I highly recommend Hrisoula's apartment and would always return!

Very comfortable apartment, well equipped. The views are amazing, shops and cafe close by, a great base to get around Stuttgart. Instructions from Jan regarding how to use shutters are clear and concise, the accommodation is clean and homely. The area is on a hill, but being on the fourth floor gives uninterrupted fantastic panoramic views of the city, especially at night.

It was a great place to stay! Recommended if you want to enjoy the quiet and adjacent to nature. We leave with only good memories!

A lovely stay with easy access to the city centre. Yvonne’s place was clean and stylishly designed. The stairs are a bit of a killer tho 🤣.

We had a wonderful 3 days at the property. We felt very comfortable. Sauna and whirlpool worked great. One thing that bothered me a little was that unfortunately dirty dishes were in the drawer. But even there, you can look over it and clean it. But all in all it was very nice and we will come back.

Sandra was a super friendly, responsive and helpful host and really made our stay a special one. Her place was extremely clean and thoughtfully set up - she told us she stays in many Airbnbs and has used her experience to ensure she provides all the bits and pieces that are sometimes missing at other places, and really make a difference to how good a stay is We were very comfortable there, and had everything we needed. The hot tub (warmed up in advance for us) was a wonderful bonus Thank you Sandra, we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area

We had a lovely stay at the place. It is accessible only by car, but it was no problem to park in the yard. Everything was tidy and clean. The possibility to use the sauna was just great for us in the evening and everything worked very well. The bathrooms and other rooms were very clean. Great was the free way to use bikes, grill and sit outside. The yard was very quiet and it was very relaxed. Marion responded very quickly to inquiries and helped us out.

Thank you very much for the great hospitality. We immediately felt comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay in the area thanks to the beautiful apartment. Highly recommended and we would be happy to come back!

I stayed at Halil's place for 1 week, it was a small but had everything you would need for a short stay. Halil does not know English very well, but I had a friend translate and any text communication translated from German to English well. I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb, it was located near Bus and Train stops, and a short walking distance to Kelley, which ultimately served as a nice retreat once home. the only bad mark I would say is the Internet is HORRIBLE, super slow, when it was actually connected which was less than half the time, my phone, and computer would constantly get disconnected from internet. Luckily I had my phone to hot spot to, so not super bad for me.

When we arrived, we were greeted personally by Angelika, and received a good briefing, especially on the many functionalities of the bathroom exhibition. But also the recommendation where to eat or what activities to do was passed on. What we also liked very much was that there were some fresh fruits nicely served on a plate. The variety was also convincing. Overall, it was two beautiful days.
