We had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment! Communication with the landlord was excellent – very fast, courteous and helpful. The apartment itself is very spacious and fully equipped, exactly as described in the text and shown in the pictures. It was everything you need (plus an additional sauna), available and worked perfectly. We also liked the beautiful garden with a pond and cozy outdoor seating.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Stephan’s apartment. It is beautiful, comfortable and furnished with all amenities. In addition, parking is conveniently located close by. The apartment is close to public transportation, local stores and restaurants. Stephan and his family were gracious and accommodating. They were available and responsive offering assistance throughout my 3 weeks stay. I really enjoyed my visit! I highly recommend Stephan’s AirB&B for an excellent experience!

It was a very nice stay. Very straightforward check-in. Apartment large and very clean. Bed was a bit narrow but still fit. When parking, I would advise everyone to book the parking space. Otherwise, it's very difficult. Overall a very nice stay. Very happy to come back. Thank you from Anja and Bernd

Petros is a super host. Throughout my stay, he was always available and provided excellent communication support and advice. Nonetheless, his apartment is super clean, well-connected to shops, buses and S-Bahn station is just a few minutes away to reach out various places in Stuttgart. the residency is super quiet. I would recommend Petros and his apartment to someone who is looking for a quiet stay in Stuttgart.

Amazing stay! Well accommodated with coffee, tea, plenty of dishes and a full stove/oven. Jürgen was amazingly detailed and friendly. THIS IS A PERFECT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stay! Comfy bed, extremely quiet. Blackout shutters so dark I woke up at 08:00 and thought it was 02:00 haha. When I’m in the area again I’ll definitely be checking for availability. Also Schills is a 5 minute walk and has amazing food and service! Aldis 10 minute walk right down the road. S-Bahn 10 minute walk as well so super convenient. Bed is super comfy and washer dryer was clean and worked well. I don’t think I’ve ever been in an Airbnb this nice for the cost. Thanks again Jürgen for the amazing place! Oh and even with the airport so close absolutely heard no planes.

We had the best time! Julia's house is beautiful, cozy, and has everything you need and more. Her taste on decoration is exquisite and the house has a homey feeling to it - we never felt we in an "Airbnb" but rather we felt feom the beginning more like at home. There is everything to cook your meals in terms of lithchen accessories. The living room is super cozy, we spent Chtistmas time there and, despite it being Winter, we had sun almost everyday coming into the living room. There is also a toof deck were you can see the horizon and the sunsets. The neighborhood is quiet and you cam easily walk to some nature or take public transport and go to Suttgart. There is a baker very close by. Five out of five stars!

I loved staying at this central apartment. It us a very quiet area and also a very quiet building, so I slept really well.

The apartment was spacious, very clean and ideally located – just a few minutes from the city. Especially practical: an excellent bakery is located right next door. The host was very friendly and explained everything clearly. Overall a very enjoyable stay, which I am happy to recommend!

Fantastic! It was a really nice stay! Accommodation: superbly equipped, clean and comfortable. Everything is very lovingly and high-quality furnished. There were even small towels in front of the door to clean the dog's paws. As in the description there was an animal alarm system, but this was known and also not disruptive. Location: Fantastic! The view from the conservatory was like in the picture book. From the property you could directly climb a hiking trail, perfect for people and dogs. Will definitely come back!

Five stars really aren’tenough there should be more stars for this stay the apartment is amazing. olga and her family make it a home. Olga is the kindest host I’ve ever had we spent the Christmas and New year holidays here and it could not have been better she was so helpful with information and welcomed us with complete care. The apartment was super clean and even better than we expected! Franziska was amazing—quick to respond and super helpful. She even offered us a later checkout, which was so kind. Everything was well thought out, and we’d definitely recommend it!

Stayed at Bernd’s place for 5 days, everything was amazing. The place is super clean with all the amenities. There was even a welcome drink ! It’s is right next at the edge of the forest, so hiking starts right out of the door. The balcony has great views of the valley and the nearby town.

The place was great, close to the highway. Andrea is very friendly and makes everything possible to make you as comfortable as possible. Our favorite thing was that she let us stay longer than the day she left the apartment.

Central accommodation with charm - we felt very comfortable and reached everything on foot (incl. main train station). The view over the rooftops is magnificent.
