In about 25 minutes by subway you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easily accessible without a car. Please let us know the approximate time of arrival at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Therefore, it is also perfect for a longer stay. The south-facing balcony with beach chair invites you to sunbathe with views over the city. Double beds (180 x 200, 160 x 200). The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore unsuitable for children under 6 years of age.

Our accommodation (with separate entrance) is close to forest area, yet citynah (10 min. to the main train station). The university can be reached by bus in 9 minutes! We love our place because of the location, the peace, the views, and the atmosphere in the newly renovated Künstlerhaus. Our place is good for solo travelers, business travelers and couples, unfortunately not for children.
