Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Therefore, it is also perfect for a longer stay. The south-facing balcony with beach chair invites you to sunbathe with views over the city. Double beds (180 x 200, 160 x 200). The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore unsuitable for children under 6 years of age.

Very good connection to downtown (U1, U9, U34). In about 5 min. you are in the center of Stuttgart, at the same time the forest, nature is only 2 "stables" (stairs) from the house. The half altitude gives you a very beautiful view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family with four people.

The apartment has a bedroom with balcony, a living room, a small, well-equipped kitchen (stove/oven, refrigerator, washing machine) and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed sheets and towels are provided. We want you to feel comfortable and look forward to your booking!

Idyllic in-law in the countryside close to the city

Our accommodation (with separate entrance) is close to forest area, yet citynah (10 min. to the main train station). The university can be reached by bus in 9 minutes! We love our place because of the location, the peace, the views, and the atmosphere in the newly renovated Künstlerhaus. Our place is good for solo travelers, business travelers and couples, unfortunately not for children.
