Ein Internetzugang steht ebenso zur Verfügung. Das Apartment liegt ca. 10 min zu Fuß von der Stuttgarter Stadtmitte und ca. 4 min zu Fuß von der S-Bahn-Haltestelle Schwabstraße entfernt.

Very good connection to downtown (U1, U9, U34). In about 5 minutes you are in the center of Stuttgart, at the same time the forest, nature is only 2 "Stäffele" (stairs) from the house. Due to the half-height location, you have a very nice view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family of four.

Our accommodation (with separate entrance) is close to forest area, yet citynah (10 min. to the main train station). The university can be reached by bus in 9 minutes! We love our place because of the location, the peace, the views, and the atmosphere in the newly renovated Künstlerhaus. Our place is good for solo travelers, business travelers and couples, unfortunately not for children.
