Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Top renovated one-bedroom apartment with separate entrance and private sun terrace. A light-flooded room with a small kitchen and separate natural light bathroom. Very good connection to downtown (U1, U9, U34). In about 5 min. you are in the center of Stuttgart, at the same time the forest, nature is only 2 "stables" (stairs) from the house. The half altitude gives you a very beautiful view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family with four people.

Our accommodation (with separate entrance) is close to forest area, yet citynah (10 min. to the main train station). The university can be reached by bus in 9 minutes! We love our place because of the location, the peace, the views, and the atmosphere in the newly renovated Künstlerhaus. Our place is good for solo travelers, business travelers and couples, unfortunately not for children.

The public transport connection to the city center is easily accessible by bus/train in 10-15 minutes. In a few minutes you are in the Kräherwald, which invites you to jog or walk.
