Muy buen airbnb, gerson es muy amable y nos recomendó un Tuk tuk que siempre nos llevo y trajo bien, nos aceptaron a nuestro gatito , la verdad 10/10 con el lugar tal vez solo la locación estaba un poco lejos pero fuera de lejos muy buen lugar para hospedarse , lo recomiendo!!

This was such a beautiful apartment in the perfect location! Kenny and Israel were very kind and helpful, and were very flexible with check in.

We've booked the place for almost a week because I needed to do a bit of remote work and to have at least a good view (which was indeed very beautiful over the lake :-) ) + Clemente is very friendly and helpful; he was a bit sick at the time, but was very responsive and sent his son for check-in. Also when the nights were a bit colder then expected, he also sent over immediately a friend for an extra blanket, when we wrote him :-) + Beautiful view - Can be very loud at night, because of all the partying in San Pedro, so bring earplugs - some furniture was a bit dusty - at the beginning we were a bit afraid of the electrical shower head, because it uses so much energy that the lights get dimmer and it seemed to have no grounding... (but apparently such shower heads for hot water are very common in central america and we actually had no problems) + well enough equipped kitchen to prepare your own foods Overall i really recommend the place if you want to stay a bit in San Pedro, especia

Great place for a short stay! Super clean and best location in a quiet area with short walk to everything in San Pedro. Easy commutation with the hosts and they were super helpful in accommodating everything we needed. The only minor issue was probably the bathroom, very cramped space to shower and shower had to be on the lowest possible pressure in order to get any hot water out but I think that is just a thing in most parts of guatemala. Would also suggest that some spare bin liners were left in the room as well or bins changed throughout the stay as the bathroom can get quite potent considering you can’t flush toilet paper. All in all a great place to stay on San Pedro and would recommend it to others!

Beautiful views of Lake Atitlan! Penthouse on the top floor was beautiful. Room was clean, ceiling fan kept the room cool when we had hot weather. Bathroom is shared with other room on your floor, they only provide enough towels for one room, so maybe bring towels. The kitchen & water is located in the top floor, so expect some flights of stairs if you want to cook a meal or get thirsty. Pro-tip: pack light as the walkway to the hotel is fairly steep. Overall, it’s a great stay for the amount of money paid and the host always got back to us about any issues. Would come back in a heartbeat!

This place is just how it looks. 2 bedroom apartment with very basic kitchen and bathroom. Everything seems very new. The bed I used was comfortable and the bathroom was good. Wifi was great and I only used the tv for YouTube which worked fine. Once you find the place, the location is great! Close enough to everything, but still quiet. Luis was quick to respond online and his brother Francisco helped me in. Francisco was very helpful and kind whenever I saw him. The only thing I would mention is that the kitchen could use more utensils and a fry pan. I was by myself so it didn't matter but if there were more people, they might want to add a kitchen table and chairs but there is room outside.

We loved our time here! Gorgeous view of the lake that never got old. It is a little bit of a workout to get up there with your luggage, but totally worth it if you are able to! The room was clean, comfortable, and well located.

Great spot! Cute little studio in a central location - decorated well, functional, and provided coffee & drinking water alongside the mini fridge. There is a considerable amount of noise outside but that’s typical when you stay somewhere near bars and nightlife and neighbors coming & going. Bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive to sound. Otherwise, lovely stay. Enjoyed the rooftop area as well!

Carlos was outstanding. Very attentive, easy to communicate. His place well recommend for wheelchair access. My mom loved the place. The kitchen has all of the necessities. I would love to come back soon. He is a super host.

We had a little family vacation here and it was everything is was advertised to be and more! The staff are all very helpful and responsive. Salvador the property manager was incredible! From keeping the pool clean between our times in to doing grocery runs into the city, he was amazing. All the activities listed were so fun and very family friendly! The rooms were all very clean and there was even bug spray to help with the incests outside. All the local contacts for boat and tour services were also incredibly sweet. Very considerate, accommodating and for a friendly price! Overall, we would definitely consider coming back should we ever want to visit Atitlan and the surrounding towns.

El host estuvo muy pendiente de todo y fueron muy muy muy amables, la llegada es tal cual lo anuncian, hay que caminar y subir escaleras pero vale la pena al llegar la vista y los 3 pisos son hermosos, lastimosamente estuvimos justo en el fin de semana de celebración del día de la madre y en el poblado empezaron la celebración en la madrugada entonces no pudimos dormir cómodos, pero entendemos que se sale de las manos del host. Todo lo demás excelente! en especial la vista.

La mejor experiencia de hospedaje frente al agua disponible en Lago Atitlán. El diseño y amueblado de la casa son exquisitos. Nos atendió personal muy amable y atento en el lugar. Ana Regina siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros.

La casa es preciosa, los hosts extremadamente atentos y amables, me encantó quedarme en su casa y volvería a hacerlo siempre que pueda. Todo estaba super limpio, una de las noches llovió muy fuerte y ellos estuvieron pendientes si no se había ido la luz y esos detalles hacen de la estadía mas especial. Las habitaciones son amplias, al igual que la cocina y bien equipadas, la persona que entra a limpiar la piscina muy respetuoso y silencioso. El host Rodman super amable y siempre atento a cualquier cosa. Me encantó la casa déjà vu. Gracias por dejarnos disfrutar de su casa!
