Located near the entrance, in the upper part of Maya Palms Bungalows, in front you have the main garden and beautiful views of Lake Atitlán in the distance. With easy access to the infinity pool, SPA area, pool table and gym equipment. It has 2 bedrooms, the first with 1 queen-size bed and the second with 1 bunk bed and 1 semi-double bed. It also has a private bathroom with shower, a living room, dining room and kitchen, and includes 1 large bottle of Salvavidas water.

Enjoy our accommodation located a few meters from the lake, close to restaurants and the Santiago Atitlán pier. Our location is perfect, close to everything and in a quiet, safe environment, accessible for walking and relaxing. *NOTE* From June to November, we will be remodeling the second floor, so there will be a little noise from 8:30 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon. The rest of the day, it will not affect the tranquility and peace of a well-deserved rest.
