Ocean View Guest Suite in Hillside Escape

Situated on top of Hoop pine Lane Hill 1.5 km from the peaceful beaches of Suffolk Park. Our Studio is attached to the main house with views of the Byron Bay light house and Tallow beach. Set opposite a nature reserve, wake up to the sounds of native birds and wildlife. The Studio is fully self contained with a spacious living area and kitchenette, with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster and kettle, and dual air-con/heating system. Our dreamy cane chair library space is full of wonderful reads about Byron Bay and Beyond, our local indigenous history, surfing, and guides of where to eat and what to do. The master suite has a luxurious hand crafted wooden king bed, with a large walk in robe next to the bathroom, with ironing facilities and clothes horse. Our studio is ideal for a romantic Byron Bay getaway or a family with a young child. For the golf enthusiasts, the beautiful Byron Bay Golf Course is only a 5 min walk down the hill. *An adorable and very friendly chocolate labrador called Mae lives on site, and loves to visit and cuddle with guests. Guest have access to their own off street car park in front of the garden bed on our property, and private entry to the Studio is via the paved pathway to the right of the house. Free high speed wifi. We respect the privacy and choices of our guests whilst on holiday, yet we are available 24/7 via mobile to help with any enquires. Suffolk Park is on the southern outskirts of Byron Bay, New South Whales overlooking the stunning Tallow Beach stretch to Broken Head National Park. It is 30-minute drive of the airport and 5 minutes from the bustling Suffolk Park community shops. Depending on the kind of holiday you are seeking, it is advisable to hire or have access to a car, for the convenience and accessibility to explore the area. To get to the Studio, it is 45min drive south from the Goldcoast, or 25min drive north from Ballina/Byron Gateway Airport. As mentioned the studio is situated on top of a hill, down hill stroll is always fun yet on return... Your booty will get a solid workout. Within 5 min drive to the bustling Suffolk Park community and beach access. Or 15-20min walk. There is access to the local bus routes. We truly love this space and hope you get as much pleasure, relaxation and enjoyment from it as we did creating it.

Cosy Studio with aircon & wifi

This Totally private fully self-contained Studio. It has amazing wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning and an enclosed courtyard and deck for your pets. You can park your car on the left hand side of driveway. There's a 2nd studio for friends or family. The studio is situated about 5 to 10 mins drive to Byron Bay. After booking please read house manual for instructions on what to do and where to get key etc. please leave fan on in bathroom when u go out and after using the shower .

Tallows Beach Studio, dog friendly, modern, quiet!

A recently built beautiful peaceful oasis, 2 minutes until your feet are in the sands of Tallow beach. Relax on the timber deck, which has an outdoor shower, BBQ, and outdoor seating . Inside the studio has Tasmanian oak floors, a super comfortable king-sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, modern bathroom, and good-sized kitchen. Koala queen sofa bed is also available. It's perfectly suited for a couple, small family or solo travellers. Furry family members are also welcome.

Small Courtyard Room, Separate Entrance, NearBeach

Totally separate, air conditioned part of my house with it’s own private entrance and outdoor area. Minimal (if any) interaction with the host. One minute walk to a very beautiful beach. This funky little room is fantastic for one person, and ok for couples if they are fine in a small space with limited kitchen and storage. Beautiful private outdoor shower in your own courtyard. Great for hot showers under the stars. Not suitable for two people unless they are an intimate couple.
