Cottage holiday rentals in Sugarloaf Mountain

Spent quite a while here for work and saw winter turn to spring. What an amazing place to stay! Right on the water, great views, and it’s so peaceful. Thanks Craig for being so flexible! Everything was up to par and then some. I hope to come back in the summer sometime and enjoy it again!

Wonderful,private, well equipped cottage on pretty pond. Owners quick to respond to our texts. Relaxing hot tub and fantastic sauna! Many restaurants and breweries within a 30 minute drive. Book it ..... you won't wanna leave!

We had an absolute blast at Troy’s place! I would genuinely recommend this for any group or family regardless of age and interests. It’s just a beautiful home and spot with lots of fun things to do in it!

Had a lovely stay at Julie's place! Very clean and felt right at home. It was fully stocked with everything we could need. We made all our meals there and everything we needed was there. Only complaint was that my stay wasn't long enough! Didn't have time to get through all of the amenities in just 2 days :) The hot tub was the highlight!

Great place! Very big snd comfy. Very convinient to ski at Sunday River.

Great place! Very cute house and everything you could possible need. The access to the lake is just a path to get down to it with very little beach, so if your looking to kayak or paddle board it’s great. It’s not ideal for a lake weekend if you want to hang out by the water for the day.

We came down for an unseasonably cold Memorial Day weekend, and despite the cold, had an amazing time. The wood stove kept us reasonably warm. The place was just as described and the view even more beautiful than the pictures. It was very private but close to town (about 15 minutes) and we were pleasantly surprised by how interesting Farmington was. Victor gave us extremely details instructions and was responsive, but didn't feel overbearing at all. Highly recommend and would love to be back if the opportunity arises.

Jennifer was great - had a few questions and her responses were near immediate. The place is as described- simple but comfortable and cozy for a family of 4. It rained so I cant comment on the lake activities but the fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs and a beautiful spot. hoping to go back in the summer when weather is better. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a getaway and like simplicity.

We had been looking for a private vacation spot on a lake that would accommodate our intergenerational family of 8 and 2 pets for a few years. Sweetwater Cottage was worth the wait! The long backyard and raised screened in porch made for exquisite views of the sunsets while our kids and dogs played. Quiet lake and neighbors made for an equally perfect spot for early morning fishing and afternoon naps while listening to the loons. We caught several bass, lake trout and even a landlocked salmon out on our flat bottom boat, and the kids were endlessly entertained by catching sunfish off of the dock. The provided paddleboards were a favorite. We even paddled out to the small island where we got up close to a Bald Eagle's nest and took turns jumping off the small wooden platform on a rope swing. The house was beautiful and spacious with comfortable beds and a sectional couch that fit our whole family for game nights. Lots of great memories and photos made. We can't wait to return!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this cabin. The lake was beautiful, the camp was well stocked and very comfortable. We felt right at home! Taffy was a great host. We look forward to staying here again next time we are in Maine!

A perfect camp getaway at my lake. The camp was well appointed, sparkling clean, cozy, and had beautiful views. Lynn and Dave were so accommodating and responsive -- checking if I needed anything and lighting a campfire for me to enjoy under the sparkling stars. Great hosts, great place.

We had a wonderful week at Gren’s place. The cabin was exactly how I would have imagined a cute little lakeside cabin to be. Our family of 3 had a great time playing games, ping pong, fishing and overall just relaxing. Gren was very easy to work with and responded pretty quickly to any questions we had before and during our visit.

It was a perfect place for my husband and I, very cozy and had everything you needed. Close to everything the area has to offer.

Once again and for the sixth or seventh year we went back to Kai's place with our friends. Always a joy to spend time on David Pond. Can't say enough about it !!! Super clean,all the amenities we need, great view and Kai attentive as usual. We will be back next year Kai,thank you. Marilyn & Tom
