Large and spacious apartment in the basement of a detached house in Ålesund, with one bedroom, spacious living room with sofa bed, newly renovated kitchen and great bathroom. Beautiful location on Ålesund's outermost island, close to sea and mountains, with beautiful views over fjord, mountains and the Sunnmørsalpene. We live in the house ourselves and share the laundry room in the basement. We use this as little as possible when visiting. The apartment is an excellent starting point for experiences in Ålesund and the surrounding areas. Possibility of renting a motorboat (40hp) and fishing equipment/water skis/Tube

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central, but still you can find peace and be close to nature. The house is located at the top of a building area, at the end of a dead end street. There is a short distance to Ålesund city center and Moa shopping center if you want to go shopping. The location of the house is unique and you can put on your hiking shoes and walk for hours in the mountains directly from the property. Beautiful nature, swimming areas and playground arranged just in the immediate area. Devoldfabrikken among others.

Enjoy yourself with your loved ones in this family-friendly holiday home from 1955. Large plot, nature with birch trees and partially worked with lawn; 100 m from the fjord with swimming and fishing opportunities. Short distance to coastal landscape and close to the Sunnmørsalpene. 30 min by car to the Jugendbyen Ålesund. The home consists of a basement with various tools, fishing equipment, etc. Exterior and private entrance to bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and washing machine. Main floor: living room, kitchen. Attic: three bedrooms with 2+2+1 beds.

Our beautiful cabin by the lake is only a short drive away from beautiful Ålesund. The area offers a mix of nature experiences, culture and history - making it a great travel destination! Here you will find all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Here you can enjoy the sunrise that reflects in the lake in the morning and in the evening you can watch the stars while relaxing in the jacuzzi. If you are extra lucky, you can also experience the northern lights dancing across the sky. In other words; enjoy!

Short distance to Ålesund city center, short distance to beautiful Sukkertoppen, short distance to Tueneset and the Atlantic Park. Access to the lake right outside the front door. Enjoy the beautiful sunset from our spacious porch, or walk down to the lake. Great fishing areas right in front of the house. Beautiful Ålesund is only 10 minutes away from the home. Strandafjellet ski resort is about 1 hour by car.

Campingvognen er idyllisk plassert med god utsikt. 10 minutter med bil fra Ålesund sentrum, 13-16 minutter med buss. Gratis parkering. 1/2 minutt å gå til fjorden der sjøvante kan leie robåt og Supbrett. Gjerne sykle/ gå til Atlanterhavsparken, Tueneset med strand, stier, gapahuker og bålplass samt bunkerser fra 2. verdenskrig. Du kan gå opp på Sukkertoppen herfra. Nydelig utsikt over by og fjell. Vogna har dobbeltseng, enkeltseng, stor sofa, enkelt kjøkken, toalett og tv, ovn m.m. Velkommen.

Du kan fiske rett fra kaikanten eller leie motorbåt og utforske den fiskerike Borgundfjorden. Stedet ligger like utenfor fantastiske Ålesund ! Med hurtigbåt fra Langevåg er du i Ålesund sentrum på 10 min, med egen bil tar det 30 min å kjøre. Det er kun 500m til nærmeste dagligvarebutikk.

Nytt (2020) stort hus sentralt i Langevåg. Huset ligger på brygge helt i sjøkanten. Du bor i gangavstand til hurtigbåtkai og det tar kun 10 min. til du er i Ålesund sentrum. Kort veg til Langevåg sentrum der du bla. finner Devoldfabrikken med outletbutikker, kafe, og kunshåndverkere. Der er el-bil lading. Nærhet til idrettsanlegg, friluftspark og turløype. Og du har Sulafjellet ikke langt unna med opparbeidet fjellsti og mange ulike turmål. Ypperlig utgangspunkt for dagsturer i hele regionen.

This is the place for you who are looking for the simple life, while city life is just a short drive away.

Recently renovated, fully equipped with a lovely veranda and nature right outside the door. Guests may also rent our boathouse with SUP boards, fishing gear and a fire pan. Shops, restaurants and Moa shopping mall are only a few minutes away. Free parking, and EV charging may be available by arrangement (additional fee)
